Description

The beautiful Villa Verde is located near one of the most popular tourist places in Istria - Pula. This lovely accommodation can host up to 7 people and is just 3km from the sea. You can also reach the restaurant and the market on foot.
The villa spans 130 sqm.
In the private garden, there is a 30 sqm pool with an outdoor shower, 5 sun loungers, BBQ with garden furniture, and an outdoor table where you can all eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking.
The whole house is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi connection.
Villa Verde offers 3 beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a TV-Sat with a crib.
The Villa offers a very peaceful vacation.
Pool heating with a heat pump is available on request for an additional charge of €150.00 per week (temperature dependent on weather).

Pula is situated on a south of the Istrian peninsula, most famous attraction, the well preserved Roman amphitheatre, is one of the most famous sights in the whole of Croatia. Pula has an international airport, with a number of most famous sight in Pula: Arena, Arch of Sergii, temple of Agustus, Forum, Hercules Pula coastline and clear sea offer an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sandy and rocky can enjoy a plenty of basketball, tennis, and football fields. Biking or you can make a ponarama flight all over the many restaurants and enjoy Istrian prosciutto, various kinds of pasta, seafood and olive oil. Take a relaxing walk through the city in the evening and you will enjoy for surely.
