There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. In the living room you can take off the sofa to sleep if necessary.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, fridge with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the living area is the air conditioning, satellite TV, radio.
There are garden furniture and sun loungers available.
In the garden you can barbecue and use the garden shower.
The washing machine, ironing board and iron can be found in the garage. You can also use the bikes that are there.

Location and surroundings of object
The km distant sea is within a few minutes drive. Alternatively, there is access to the beautifully landscaped walking and cycling path with its own dog path nearby. This is created on the dam of the river "Muga" and leads along this to the sea and the wide sandy beach.
Shops (bakers, butchers) are located about 300 meters away (Alberescenter or Puigmal). The supermarkets Aldi, Lidl, Montserrat or Mercadona can be found at the entrance.
Empuriabrava is a suburb of the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries on the Gulf of Rosas in the province of Gerona in Catalonia (Spain). The settlement, located about two kilometers from Castelló d'Empúries on the Costa Brava, was founded in 1967 and has about 7,773 inhabitants (2011).
Empuriabrava has the largest marina in Europe. Characteristic of the townscape is a lattice-shaped network of passable canals with a total length of more than 30 kilometers and about 5000 moorings. In addition to the quiet residential areas, there is a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, boutiques and shopping arcades in the town center. The marina has all the offers the skipper needs.
In the village there are multilingual doctors and veterinarians as well as pharmacies.
The conditions in Empuriabrava are especially appreciated by water sports enthusiasts: sailing, windsurfing, kiting, diving, fishing or by boat discovering the beautiful coastline with its small idyllic bays. The miles long, fine-grained sandy beach ideal for families with children. On the beach towards St. Magarita there is a stretch of beach where dogs are allowed.
Other sports are tennis, parachuting, karting, racing, biking, hiking etc.

Outstanding holiday destination
The holiday home was very clean, everything shown in the photos is accurate, even on hot days there is a cool seating area outside. The entire outdoor area is very well maintained and clean. Aldi, Lidl, and several supermarkets are reachable within 5 minutes by car. There is even a skydiving experience and a go-kart track nearby. The house is in a quiet location and you can relax well, and the beach can be reached by car in 5 minutes. I can only recommend this house. We were absolutely thrilled and are going back next year.
P.S. The landlord is very polite and you can ask him anything.
