the spacious living room has a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, radio, flat screen TV,
free Wi-Fi, a couch with a sleeping function and an exit to the comfortably furnished south-facing balcony
For romantic evenings, you can light the ethanol fireplace in the living room.
In the bedroom you will find a wardrobe, double bed and external blinds for complete darkening if required
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine.
If required, a cot and high chair can be rented for a fee.
The flat is on the first floor.
A parking space in the multi-storey car park (entrance height 1.90m) is included.

The holiday flat is located in Haus Granitz, only a 3-minute walk from the white bathing beach and the beach promenade of the seaside resort of Binz. The pier and the town centre are less than 5 minutes away. Numerous shopping facilities and various restaurants can be found near the flat.

Central with balcony.
Great service, clean, we spent a lot of time and peace on the balcony - the house complex is idyllic. Binz is always beautiful.
