Description
The holiday apartment is located on the ground and upper floor of a renovated single-family house for exclusive use. You enter the house via a large terrace on the south side. There are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one has a single bed with an extra bed option. The cozy living room features a seating area and a large dining table with four chairs. A small new kitchenette with refrigerator and oven allows for self-catering. On the ground floor there is a beautiful bathroom with a large washbasin, mirrored cabinet, and shower/toilet. A second small toilet with shower is located on the upper floor. The house has a modern central heating system and can be used all year round. There are two parking spaces for cars directly next to the house.
The large terrace is furnished. Sunshade, grill, and fire bowl are available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the outskirts of the village directly on the Havel cycle path. The short distance to the Havel makes all kinds of water sports possible at any time. The bathing area in the Havel can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. With the regional train you can reach the cities of Brandenburg and Rathenow, Potsdam and Berlin every hour.
The location on the Havel cycle path makes it ideal for cycling tours in the surrounding area. In Pritzerbe (approx. 1.2 km away) boats with and without motors can be rented. (no licence required up to 15 hp)
Many bathing spots on the Havel and the neighbouring lakes are also suitable for smaller children. There is also always a place for dogs to swim.

We were spectators at the Brandenburg regatta course for the German Canoe Championships and used the holiday home as a base.
There are sleeping accommodations on both the ground floor and the upper floor, as well as a bathroom with a shower on each floor, so that people with restricted mobility can easily use the lower level.
The bike paths to Brandenburg are well-developed. We were able to lock our own bikes in the shed on the property. The evenings on the terrace were very cozy, and we even saw some shooting stars at the end of August.
We are happy to recommend the house; everything needed for a short break is available (coffee filters, dish soap, etc.).
