Description
On approx. 200 m² we offer you space for 9 people in our well-kept and comfortable house. On the ground floor there is a cozy living/dining room with TV (satellite reception) as well as a spacious open kitchen (with refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker and microwave), and a toilet. On the 1st floor there are 2 of the 4 bedrooms (2 of them with approx. 19m² each, 2 bedrooms with approx. 15m² each), bathroom with bathtub and shower and WC, 1 bathroom with shower. 2 further bedrooms you will find on the 2nd floor. In addition, you will find space for fun and relaxing hours in our spacious basement bar with sauna, wellness shower and rest area.
Our large terrace and garden offer space to relax. Since our property is completely fenced, there is sufficient and safe play area also for our younger guests.
The ski bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the house (approx. 50m). The centre of Kirchberg and numerous restaurants and pubs can be easily reached on foot within 5-10 minutes.

Our house is located in Kirchberg in Tirol. The neighbouring village Kitzbühel is 6 km away. From our house you can easily reach the skiing and hiking area Kitzbühel-Kirchberg-Jochberg-Ki-West within a few minutes. The cross-country skiing trails as well as hiking and biking trails to Kitzbühel, Reith, Aschau and Brixen start only a few minutes away and are easily accessible without a car.
