Description

Our non-smoking house, Haus Nordsee, is part of the Pro-Nordsee holiday complex. It is located in a quiet central area opposite the mill of Carolinensiel on Mühlenstr. 51. Apartment 5 is on the 1st floor and features a bright living room with a garden view. The living area includes a cozy seating area, a dining place for 2, and a small kitchenette with fridge/freezer. For entertainment, there is an LED TV and a CD radio. The bedroom is equipped with one double bed 160x200.

Location and surroundings of object

Welcome to the North Sea resort Carolinensiel. Our holiday flat is part of the Pro-Nordsee holiday complex and is located at Mühlenstr. 51, directly adjacent to the gardens of the houses Mühlenstr. 49 and 47
directly adjacent to the gardens of the houses Mühlenstr. 49 and 47. From here it is about 2 km to the beach and the open-air seawater pool.
The Cliner Quelle spa centre with indoor saltwater pool, adventure pool, outdoor slide and sauna facilities is about 15 minutes' walk away.
The historic museum harbour with the Sielhafenmuseum is only 300 metres away. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity
close proximity. The houses have a large outdoor area with playground equipment for the younger guests.

Everything a good apartment needs

Beautiful small vacation apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Quiet and yet conveniently located, it is also possible to spend rainy days well. Nice landlords and property manager are always there to help and provide valuable tips for sights in the region. Cozy, clean, and quiet - I will gladly come back!

Value for money not justifiedArrival

Arrival cool and very impersonal by the manager. Upon arrival in the house, there was a very musty smell and smoke odor, even though it is a non-smoking house. Unfortunately, everything is crammed into pretty tight spaces. Not inviting. Small bathroom and bedroom. Not suitable for relaxation. Overall condition rather negative inside and also the exterior facade, located directly on the street. Not recommended for the price. Relaxation factor zero.

Ihre Kritik erscheint uns leider absolut unpassend. Haben Sie bei uns Urlaub gemacht oder Ihre Tochter? Unsere Verwalterin wird von allen Gästen stets als freundlich und hilfsbereit erwähnt. Dass Gäste leider häufig vor geöffneter Haustür auf dem Bürgersteig rauchen und der Geruch auch manchmal ins Haus zieht, lässt sich leider nicht immer vermeiden. Die Wohnung war doch wohl frisch und sauber! Die Größe und Einrichtung war im Portal auch deutlich sichtbar und „zusammengepfercht“ ist wohl stark übertrieben. Unsere Gäste mögen besonders diese Wohnung wegen der Gemütlichkeit und schönem Blick in den großen Garten mit Liegewiesen, Terrassen, Pavillon und Grillmöglichkeit. Sie haben doch leider selbst die kleinste und preiswerteste Wohnung im OG für Ihre Tochter und Enkelkind gewählt, obwohl wir Ihnen für einen Erwachsenen mit Kleinkind eine erfahrungsgemäß passendere Wohnung ( auch mit Platz für ein Kinderbett ) empfohlen haben. Was erwarten Sie denn dann an Stellfläche bei den Quadratmetern, wenn Sie sich sicherlich auch noch mit zwei Personen zusätzlich in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben. Ihnen als „Fachmann“ sollte bekannt sein, dass ein Fassadenanstrich nicht in kürzester Zeit erledigt ist und Wind und Wetter auch passen müssen. Noch schöner wäre es, wenn dann der passende Anstreicher vor Ort auch noch Zeit hat. Ein lediglich vorhandener Klebestreifen für den letzten Anstrichabschnitt in fast 4m Höhe über der Haustür sollte wohl noch seinen Grund gehabt haben und dürfte auch nicht unbedingt für einen erholsamen Urlaub ausschlaggebend sein. Was stört dabei in der Wohnung? Über die Lage unseres Hauses kann man sich im Vorfeld auch genau informieren. Stadtpläne…Bisher bewerten unsere Gäste die Lage als zentral und ruhig, oder hatte ihre Tochter Autoverkehr hinten zum Garten? „Erholungsfaktor gleich Null“ ist eigentlich schon unverschämt.
