This flat is close to the beach and centrally located with a large, furnished south-facing balcony
has a beautiful living room with CD radio, flat screen TV and sofa with sleeping function.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-plate cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.
The bedroom is romantically furnished and has a double bed and wardrobe.
The modern bathroom offers a real glass shower, WC and hairdryer.
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the holiday flat.
Smoking is not allowed in the flat - please use the balcony.
The flat is located on the 1st floor.
Car parking space (clear height 1.50 m, length 5 m: not suitable for oversized cars) and bicycle parking space are included in the underground garage in the house.
A small lockable cellar room can be used for e-bikes.
