One of the most beautiful beaches in Istria - Cisterna beach is only km from the house.

The beautiful Villa Monkodonja is located in a sunny position, surrounded by the enchanting sea air, surrounded by Mediterranean nature, quiet and peaceful.

The fully fenced garden has a large pool, sun beds and a terrace with a large dining table and barbecue. The modern, fully equipped interior is fully air conditioned. There are two bedrooms - a master bedroom with a large, comfortable king-size bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The living room sofa can be used for sleeping, which makes the capacity of the house 4 + 2.

Free Wi-Fi is guaranteed and there is plenty of secure parking.

Location and surroundings of object

Just a stone's throw from the sea and just minutes from the most romantic city in Croatia - Rovinj. Wonderful warm sunsets, crystal clear sea with pebble beaches, clean and fresh air and warm sun.

The supermarkets (Plodine and Lidl) are only a few minutes away by car and Rovinj is filled with great restaurants (fresh fish and meat, as well as excellent pizzas).

Street artists, narrow stone streets with Venetian houses, small churches and wonderful views of the sea will make you fall in love with the area and fill you with good spirit, refreshment and warmth.

Great relaxing holiday

We felt very comfortable during the week. Everything you need for a vacation is there. Top clean. Very nice landlord. Very quiet location, but not far to go shopping by car. We can absolutely recommend the house.
