A beautiful 2-room holiday flat with a sunny balcony facing west - not far from the beach and the centre - awaits you:
The living room is equipped with CD radio, flat screen TV and couch with sleeping function as well as a kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. In the meantime, a 4-plate ceramic hob has been installed (you can still see the old cooker in the photos).
The furnished west-facing balcony can be accessed from the living room.
The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and double bed.
The chic bathroom offers you a shower, WC and hairdryer.
In the holiday flat, WiFi is available to our guests free of charge.
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
A free car parking space (clear height 1.50m, length 5m; not suitable for oversized cars) and bicycle parking spaces are available at the house in the underground garage. A small lockable cellar room is available for e-bikes.
Oversized cars can be parked for a fee in the Wylichstraße multi-storey car park or in the collective car park at the entrance to the village.
Maximum occupancy: with 2 adults and up to 2 children or with 3 adults without additional person.

Apartment beautifully decorated, kitchen equipped with everything necessary, stylish bathroom, and since we traveled by train, everything centrally located. Binz is so beautiful in autumn. The town was already decorated for Christmas. Thanks to all involved.
