An attractive 2-room holiday flat on the 1st floor with a sunny east-facing balcony - not far from the beach and centre:
The living room is equipped with flat screen TV, CD player, mini stereo system and couch with sleeping function as well as a kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster etc.. In the meantime, a 4-plate ceramic hob has been installed (you can still see the old cooker in the photos).
The furnished east-facing balcony is accessible from the living room.
The beautiful bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and double bed
A travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
All windows in the flat are equipped with pleated blinds and curtains.
The chic bathroom offers you a floor-level real glass shower, WC and hairdryer.
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
A free car parking space (clear height 1.70m, length 5m) and bicycle parking spaces are available at the house in the underground garage.
A small lockable cellar room is available for e-bikes.

Very well-equipped holiday apartment, underground parking with bicycle storage, close to the beach and shopping street. We found everything to be good and will plan another trip here sometime.

Time for two!
In this pretty little vacation apartment, we had a great time. We truly had a lovely holiday! Everything from the weather to the apartment was perfect. We hope to visit the island of Rügen again soon!

Autumn Break
We spent beautiful autumn holidays with our son in Binz and on the island. Tree-top walkway, Rasender Roland were a must and more. The apartment was in the best location. The beach around the corner as well as restaurants and shopping options. The Residenz Dünenstr. is a well-kept house!
