Comfortable living and dining room with TV and fully equipped kitchen with exit to small terrace with sea views, Bedroom No1 with 180x200cm king size bed, family bathroom No1 with shower.
Downstairs takes you to three bedrooms, all with exit to terrace with sea views. Bedroom No2 with 180x200cm king size bed and en-suite bathroom No2 with shower, Bedroom No3 with 180x200 cm king size bed, and Bedroom No4 with TV and 2 single beds 90x200cm (can be connected to a double one). Bedroom No3 and No4 have a family bathroom No3 with shower.
Upstairs takes you to a grassplot with olive trees where you have a children playground with some toys so they can enjoy in fenced area between villa and pool area which is one staircase up from here.
Pool area offers: Private , heated 8,5m x 4m pool with massage, spacious sun deck area with 8 wooden deck chairs, covered outdoor dining area and barbecue area with facilities. From pool area the sea views are incredible and opened. Enjoy evenings at pool area watching lights of Omiš and on island Brač, and since you are located in quiet , unspoiled area you will be able to enjoy your well deserved holiday.
There is opportunity to order catering from few restaurants, and also a possibility to order some basic food supply that owner can deliver. Both mentioned can be agreed with the owner upon arrival.
There are 2 parking places at private property in front of villa.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
