The garden extends over 505sqm and the house itself over 360sqm. A large spacious house accommodates up to 14 people. The beautifully furnished interior features 6 bedrooms with 6 separate private bathrooms. There are 7 air conditioning units in the house, so the entire villa is air-conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen with utensils offers you a lot of comfort while cooking for the whole dining room, there is a large table for 14 people as well as on the terrace next to the grill. From the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, you have access to the beautiful garden that offers you a pleasant and private atmosphere with a 32sqm pool. The pool is heated with the Solgar system. Villa Katarina also offers a jacuzzi, table tennis, and the restaurants, bars, and markets are within walking distance, making the location surrounded by a lot of nature perfect for a relaxing vacation with your family and friends.

Once was a fishing villag but today is a modern tourist resort which offers a dynamic and eventful vacation. A wide variety of entertainment is offered, ranging from discotheques open until morning to terraces with live has an unique sandy beach called Bijeca one kilometer long that attracts families with young children. Nature lovers prefer campsites where they can relax in the shade of century old pine trees. Medulin is also the perfect place for naturists who want to feel nature. In Medulin you will find also plenty of entertainment and fun until the early morning hours for younger and older generation.
