Holiday home 'De Kneet' is a very cozy furnished apartment for 1 to 4 people 50 meters from the beach, 30 meters from the 'Van Speijk Lighthouse' and 150 meters from the center.

Spacious living room with flat-screen TV, CD player, comfortable sofa, and a dining table.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave and coffee maker. On the ground floor, there's a bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine.
The normal staircase going up has a handrail.
On the 2nd floor, there are two separate atmospheric bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, all box spring. Ample closets are provided for storing your clothes.
The terrace has a lounge sofa and chairs.
There is free WiFi. This house is rented including bed linen, towels, and parking for 1 car. A crib and a high chair are available.

Egmond aan Zee is a lively village with many shops and restaurants open all year round. The beach is the biggest attraction and here are several beautiful beach pavilions to find. The dunes behind the village are great for long hikes and you can also explore the area by bike. By car you reach Alkmaar, known for the cheese market, in 20 minutes and by train you are in half an hour in the cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam. North of Egmond aan Zee, above the coastal town of Bergen aan Zee, you will find the Schoorlse Duinen Nature Park. Here you can take beautiful walks and bike rides.
Appartement DuinKust is located directly on the sea, a paradise for sunbathers, walkers and cyclists. Anyone who has ever been to the Egmonden, comes again and again. There is plenty to do for both young and old. The former fishing village is hospitable and comfortable. Take a leisurely stroll past the small shops and cafes to the lighthouse and the boulevard and watch the sun sink into the sea. Stroll through the dune belt to one of the protected sandy trails in the area and look for the way back.

Small, but fine!
We had a great short vacation in the holiday home. It has everything you need, super location, and very cozy! The only downside is that the beds are a bit too soft.
We can only recommend the holiday home and will definitely come back!

Cute cottage, great location
We stayed in this cottage over New Year's Eve. The reception was very friendly. Everything is very clean and lovingly furnished. The house has everything you need, even towels and bed linen were included. The location is great, directly at the lighthouse, the beach is only a stone's throw away. The centre with shopping facilities is just around the corner. Despite the central location, you are very private and it is pleasantly quiet
We had a very relaxing short holiday and would book the house again anytime.

Small but nice
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this house with lots of sun and beach.
The house is located in a very good location in the beautiful village. The beach is just around the corner and it's a comfortable 5-minute walk to the town center.
Unfortunately, the house is small and very cramped for 4 people. The bedrooms upstairs are accessible through a dangerous and very steep staircase (risk of falling). We, 2 adults 2 children, missed an oven but otherwise everything is available for 2 people.
A window in the bedroom was defective and could not be opened, and in the basement, the windows could only be put on tilt.
Conclusion:
Small but nice house in a beautiful place with a great beach.

Great apartment in a perfect location.
We were totally thrilled with the holiday apartment! A small, cozy apartment, tastefully furnished and very clean. Everything we needed was available.
The central location was also fantastic! Just a few minutes' walk to the beach and also to the town.
