Description
With us you spend your holiday in a fully furnished 58 square metre holiday home in a top location. You can reach the beautiful beach of Tossens with its huge adventure playground in 5 minutes on foot, the northern bakery, various restaurants, the centre percs with countless possibilities and much more after a walk of less than 10 minutes.
In addition to the master bedroom with a double bed, which was renovated and refurnished in 2018, there is a children's room with two single beds, its own TV and CD player, which was also renovated in 2018.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and of course fully equipped with kettle, egg boiler, coffee machine etc..
In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa combination, a TV and a radio/CG player.
In the bathroom, which was renovated in 2017 and equipped with a large floor-level shower, you can also feel completely at ease. Of course, a vanity mirror and a hairdryer are available here.
All windows have roller blinds, some of them electric.
On the terrace you will also find a barbecue, garden furniture including cushions, a sandpit for the little ones and a beach chair for the grown-ups to relax in.
There is a small garden shed for the bicycles you have brought with you or rented from the local suppliers. You will find a parking space directly in front of the holiday home.
This is a holiday from the first to the last second.

Any time again.
If we didn't have to drive so far (800km), we would come by much more often. We were there for a week in autumn 2020 and it was truly wonderful, everything was perfect. The email communication with the homeowner (a very kind woman) and also in Tossens everything worked out with the key handover, etc. (also a very kind woman). Unfortunately, it didn't work out now at Pentecost due to Corona, but we have already booked 2 weeks for Pentecost in 2022. Now we just hope that it works out. Best regards from Swabia.

Holiday tailored to your needs!
We have been in this great, clean, and very well-equipped holiday home several times. We really enjoyed it again. Everything was well prepared by Mrs. Heydenreich. The next stay is already booked!

Beautiful holiday home to feel good in!
We had a great week in the lovingly furnished, very well maintained and clean holiday home. Everything from the fully equipped kitchen to the garden furniture is available and in very good condition. This is a holiday home that one would be happy to recommend to others. We will be happy to come back.
PS: the house is also highly recommended for senior citizens.
If the weather cooperates, it will be an experience for families with children or the elderly!
