An absolute dream villa directly on the lake, built in the typical Italian style into the terraces of a limonaia. You have a fantastic lake view from the whole house as well as from the veranda.
The villa consists of 3 floors, terraces, and all around a private exotic garden, forming a self-contained unit.
At the top there is a parking space with a gate for 2 cars.
Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, individually air-conditioned, and 2 bathrooms
Ground floor: Glazed veranda with table. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, German filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. Guest bathroom, open dining room with large table, card and game table, air-conditioned.
Lower floor: Large living area with seating corner, bar, utility room, small bathroom, direct access to the lake with a ladder where the clear water invites you to swim. There is possibly the option to set up 2 extra beds in the living room.

LOCATION - ARRIVAL
The villa is located directly below the lakeside road between Bogliaco and Toscolano Maderno, in a quiet area.
Supermarkets can be reached in about 5 minutes by car.
A bakery and a small shopping center are about 10 minutes away on foot.
The municipality of Toscolano-Maderno is situated on the picturesque western shore of Lake Garda in the Alto Garda Bresciano Nature Park. For arrival, there is the option to take the Brenner, then exit at Rovereto South, drive via Riva-Limone along the lakeside road Gardesana on the western shore, or to continue on the Brenner motorway and leave the motorway at Affi and take the ferry from Torri to Maderno. Alternatively via Switzerland-Milan, motorway Milan - Venice exit Desenzano and then follow the signs to Saló, then continue to Maderno SURROUNDINGS
In Maderno there are numerous cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. The ferries for trips to the other shore or around the lake are in the immediate vicinity.
On request, we also organize transfers to and from the airport or train station.
Arrival and departure can also be arranged individually depending on booking situation. Preferably Thursday or Saturday.

EXCURSIONS - SPORTS
Absolutely worth seeing are Verona, Bergamo, and for children Gardaland, Italy’s largest amusement park, or various water parks.
Or you can simply visit the picturesque towns around the lake such as Salò, enjoy the atmosphere with a good wine and a leisurely meal where the local olive oil is a must.
Beaches are in the immediate vicinity with cafes, bars, and restaurants. The golf course of Bogliaco is very close by, as well as clay tennis courts, indoor tennis, and a newly built indoor swimming pool in Gargnano. Possibilities to rent Vespas, bicycles, pedal boats, motorboats, and sailing ships.

Quiet and directly on Lake Garda!
The house is very spacious, has everything you need (air conditioning, Wi-Fi after activation, charcoal grill) and has direct access to the lake. The location is truly very special. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation at Lake Garda and who does not necessarily place value on modern furnishings is exactly right here.

Wonderful house on the lake.
The location is truly unique. The view from inside and outside is breathtaking. The facilities are complete and the house is very large. Ideal for families or travel groups. Toscolano with all necessary shopping facilities can be reached on foot. Arrival and departure were very flexibly organized by Mrs. Mangold and we were even able to stay longer on the day of departure. Highly recommended.

A wonderful holiday!
We had a mega beautiful holiday in this dream villa!!! The location, the view, the weather - everything was just right! The only real drawback is the lack of a pavement - but the 500 metres to the pedestrian stairs down to the town are absolutely doable. We would also like to thank Mrs. Mangold for the great care - we had a very nice time and will gladly come back again :)!
All in all, I don't have the right words to describe the great holiday week exactly :)

Location Location Location
An aging beauty right on the lake. The location is great, but the elevator is a diva and sometimes doesn't work. The cleanliness is borderline in some areas, and waste management is challenging.

Dream house with direct lake access
The villa is wonderful, very spacious and bright, all rooms facing the lake, large windows with electric blinds.
The highlight is certainly the direct access to the lake, which is in need of renovation.
It is absolutely quiet in the house, despite its direct location on the main road. The kitchen is in order with all conceivable electrical appliances. However, there is no Wi-Fi in the house, which was a problem for my pubescent daughter :-)
We found the beds to be of normal size and of good quality. The contact with Mrs Mangold was great.
Absolutely recommendable, we enjoyed our holiday very much.
