A family-friendly, centrally located 3-room holiday flat close to the beach awaits you:
The holiday flat was renovated for you in 2018 and completely refurnished. It has a new kitchenette and new floors. You can look forward to a wonderful holiday!
The bright living room offers you a flat screen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and kitchenette. The dining table can be extended if required. The 4 floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining area can be opened as an "outdoor seating area". All windows in the living room as well as in the kitchen area have privacy pleats.
The couch can accommodate a child up to 6 years of age.
WLAN is available free of charge.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven with integrated microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with ice compartment, kettle, crockery, etc. The kitchenette is also equipped with a dishwasher.
The flat has two bedrooms, each with double beds (one is 1.80m x 2.00m, the other 1.60m x 2.00m) and a large wardrobe. The windows in the bedroom can be completely darkened with electric external shutters if required. One bedroom also has a TV set.
The bathroom is equipped with WC and real glass shower. As a special feature, the holiday flat offers a separate guest WC.
The flat is located on the 1st floor. It can be occupied by a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child up to 6 years.
A parking space in the underground garage is available to guests free of charge (entrance height 1.90 m).
Your bicycles can also be stored in the underground garage.

Perfect for us!
Big and small were satisfied. We liked the location. You can quickly reach everything in the town, including the beach. We had great autumn weather! And we are already considering when we will come back...
