A beautiful 2-room holiday flat with furnished east-facing balcony - not far from the beach and the centre - awaits you:
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, kitchenette and a couch that can accommodate a child up to the age of 5.
The kitchenette was newly installed in 2022 and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, 4-plate ceramic hob, etc. The kitchenette has a balcony.
The east-facing balcony is accessible from the living room.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, TV and wardrobe.
A travel cot for children can be provided free of charge.
The chic bathroom offers a WC, floor-level real glass shower and hairdryer.
A small storage room is also available in the flat.
Wi-Fi is available in the flat free of charge.
The flat is on the ground floor.
A free car parking space (clear height 1.50m, length 5m; not suitable for oversized cars) and bicycle parking spaces are available in the underground garage at the house
Bicycle parking spaces are available in the underground garage next to the house
E-bikes can be stored in a small lockable cellar room.

Great and central location
Great location, very quiet and central with short distances to the fantastic beach, shopping facilities, and the beautiful promenade. A major advantage is the underground parking for the car and bicycles. We felt very comfortable in this holiday apartment.

golden autumn vacation
We spent several days in this apartment. It lacked nothing in terms of furnishings and equipment, and it was clean! The island still has a lot to offer in the fall, and it presented itself in the best autumn colors from the treetop walkway. Apartment and Rügen highly recommended.
