- Balcony 10 m², garden (shared use with sunbathing lawn and seating area with table).
- Parking space for car in front of the house. Further vehicles on quiet parking place approx. 75 m away
- From the balcony beautiful view over the countryside, Dippoldiswalder Heide and mountain view to the Osterzgebirge.

Wonderful panoramic view over the Dresden Elbland, Saxon Switzerland, Osterzgebirge and Meißner Land after a short walk towards the Karsdorfer Kipse
To the airport in approx. 30 minutes by car or according to the timetable by bus and suburban train.
Also excursions to Prague (120 km) by bus or train from Dresden main station

Cancellation terms:
You will be refunded the paid booking amount if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of the booking amount minus the price of the first night and the cancellation fee.

Super holidays despite the weather
We thank Mrs. and Mr. RASCH for the welcome and the suggestions of local pastries, especially the NICKERN pastry shop. The stay was pleasant despite our mistakes... regarding the trash (sorting errors on our part). The apartment is very nice with a breathtaking view!!! Thank you for everything, and Ferienhaus is truly a very good, serious, and efficient site. We had a wonderful vacation... like retirees. Thanks to the RASCH family.
