Description
In our guesthouse "Ulrike" you will find our cosy, family-friendly holiday flat for max. 4 persons (plus extra bed for children)
This flat has a separate kitchen, a combined living/bedroom, another bedroom with balcony and a bathroom
Or a slightly smaller one for max. 2 persons - have a look under no. 372190 - here you will also find photos of the smaller flat.
the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for the family in terms of crockery etc., a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and microwave are also available.
I provide towels, bath towels, dish towels and table linen. Bath towels and hand towels, which you may take to the beach, are also available on request, so that you do not have to pack your suitcases unnecessarily full.
If necessary, you can also use the washing machine and dryer.
If you don't feel like driving, you can relax behind our house on a beautifully sheltered sunbathing lawn. Roll-away loungers and a beach chair are at your disposal. A sandbox - with toys - is available for our younger guests
Would you like to do some sports? Badminton or table tennis facilities are available and you will also find the appropriate rackets.
You are also welcome to use our barbecue corner. Children can also play unsupervised, they cannot leave the property as we have fenced it in all around.

Location and surroundings of object
A good 10 minutes by car from Dornumersiel or Bensersiel you will find our small village of Neuschoo, where your holiday accommodation is also located. From here you have many possibilities to explore the nearer or further East Frisian country. Either the East Frisian islands, which are always worth a trip, or the towns of Jever, with its famous brewery, which can also be visited, or Wittmund, the cosy East Frisian town, where you can also take the "Ostfriesen-Abitur", are worth seeing.
Do you know the "Ewige Meer" (Eternal Sea), this is Germany's largest high moorland area, which invites you to go for a walk with its rustic boardwalks. After completing your tour, you can enjoy a real East Frisian tea with Kluntje and cream in a cosy café.
But a trip to Papenburg to see the big "cruise giants" at the Meyer shipyard is also worthwhile. A guided tour of this shipyard with interesting film shows is of interest to young and old alike.
A harbour tour in Wilhelmshaven with a trip to the Jade-Weser Port is already exciting and afterwards a city tour to get to know this city once as well should be worth an excursion.

Recommended domicile
We were looking for a quiet environment and found it with Mrs. Domurath. The garden is a dream for adults, children, and dogs. The apartment is richly equipped, and everything you need is available. From there, you can easily reach the various coastal towns by bike, motorcycle, or car.
We will definitely come back...

Good accommodation
The vacation apartment is equipped with everything you need and very clean. Mrs. Dormurath is a very nice landlady. The location is good and you have short distances to the sea. We would come back.

Vacation rental
After an inquiry about whether a dog of size (60 cm) is allowed and if the vacation rental is available during that time period, we quickly received a friendly response. We then booked and received the confirmation of the booking with documents of what activities one can do there by mail. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mrs. Domurath who gave us the keys to the vacation rental. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for the time. Unfortunately, the week went by quickly, but we will definitely come back next year. We really liked the area and haven't seen everything yet.

Great vacation apartment with a dream view
After inquiring whether the apartment is available. We quickly received a friendly response. After booking the accommodation, the documents and a lot of information material were sent to us by mail. That was really great, so we could see in advance what we could do. When we arrived, we were greeted very friendly and Mrs. Domurath gave us the keys. She explained everything to us with the heating and gave us tips for excursions. If we had any further questions, we could have asked her. Now to the apartment, it was super clean and had everything you need. Spare towels were in the bathroom cupboard. The view from the balcony was a dream, Mrs. Domurath's garden is paradise for birds and insects. You could observe everything. Unfortunately, the week passed too quickly. It was also great that besides the bedroom, there were also beds in the living room. Since I was on vacation with my mom, everyone could sleep in peace. We will definitely come back. Oh, there is a parking space right in front of the apartment and a separate entrance. You can quickly reach Esens, Norden, Neuharlingersiel, and Carolinensiel.
