The location is unique in Umbria: the villa is in Perugia, in the countryside just 15 minutes on foot from the historic center of the medieval and Etruscan city, as well as from the renowned University for Foreigners, the well-known Porta Sole medical clinic, and the prestigious Italian language school “Comitato Linguistico.” There is no need to have a car: just 150–200 meters along a country road you will find all city services: from the bus stop to the supermarket, from shops to the pizzeria, pastry shops, and bars. You will stay in a delightful residence in the typical Umbrian countryside but at the same time you will not give up everything that an Italian city offers. It is practically the closest villa residence for rent to the historic center that Perugia offers.
