Enjoy your holiday in our modern yet cosily furnished holiday home Schwalbennet. Our house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. A living-dining kitchen on the ground floor, a living area on the first floor and two spacious bathrooms with showers. We have set up a play corner for kids. For cosy evenings there is a covered outdoor seating area, for sun worshippers a sun terrace and a spacious roof loggia from which you can see the Baltic Sea. Free WLAN in the whole house...

For all those who want to explore nature by bike or hiking, this quietly located holiday home on the Baltic Sea cycle path in the nature reserve is the ideal destination for a beautiful and relaxing holiday. Long walks and casual bathing holidays on the fine sandy, flat-sloping Baltic Sea beach are a special experience. There are plenty of sights in the surrounding area. In the morning you are woken up by the call of the cranes.

| The arrival and departure day in the high season is SATURDAY !!!! The price per night is indicated for 6 persons. Each additional person pays € 10.00 in high season and € 5.00 in low and mid season. !!! In low season we rent the ground floor for 2-4 persons. 2 persons from 85,00 €, each additional person pays 20,00 € !!!! (The price low season is given for 2 persons on the ground floor / final cleaning 115,00 €) ( Renting up to 2 dogs ) High season includes Easter, Whitsun and all bridge and public holidays. The autumn and Easter holidays belong to the mid-season. Over Easter and Whitsun the minimum stay is 5 days -NO CURTAX - The linen package (bed linen and towels) costs 15,00 € per person. Beautiful house to feel comfortable.
Dear Mrs. Krüger,
our stay with you was a dream. Such a beautiful house with really everything you need.
It was our first vacation on the Baltic Sea and we were able to fully enjoy the week.
We will definitely come back at the next opportunity.

2. At home ❣️
Now it won't be long until we go to Barendorf to the Swallow's Nest for the third time within a year!! When we were there for the first time last summer for a week, we immediately felt comfortable! Our silver labrador was also thrilled! He could move freely in the garden and the good and high fence meant we didn't have to worry about him going exploring! The two-story house with an attic is lovingly furnished to fit the area and has everything you need! If something is wrong, the local friendly caretaker is just a few houses away! We didn't need him in the summer or winter (second vacation) because everything was fine! The small housing estate is very idyllic, just a 10-minute walk from the beach! It takes about 10 minutes longer to get to the dog beach! The beach is beautiful and you can see as far as Travemünde! Priwall can be reached by car in 10 minutes, and then you can take the ferry to Travemünde! You can also get to Lübeck quickly, about 30 minutes! To the east, there are beautiful places to discover! Ostseebad Boltenhagen is only about 25 minutes away and can be reached by bike in an hour! Bike rental is also available at the end of the street in Barendorf! We liked it so much the first time that we immediately booked 2 weeks for this year on site! In order to shorten the waiting time, we spent the turn of the year there and it was just as beautiful! The landlord family is very friendly and can be reached via email or phone! All processes, such as payment or rental agreement, are completely uncomplicated! We are very much looking forward to our "vacation home" and thank the landlords from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to spend our vacation in their "Swallow's Nest" again! G. Lukacsy, M. Fantastic holiday home near the beach
We have been to Haus Schwalbennest for the second time now and our enthusiasm is still huge. Mrs Krüger is a very nice woman who responds quickly to requests. It will definitely not be the last time we spend our holiday in Haus Schwalbennest. Everything is very clean and warmly furnished, for the kids there is a play corner on the upper floor that invites them to romp around. The kitchen has everything you need, dishwasher, cooker, washing machine and microwave. The beach is within walking distance and the beach is one of the most beautiful in the area (few stones). Nearby is a tiger park (Dassow) and a playland for children (Minimare), both highly recommended especially for children.

Highly recommended for families and dog owners ??
It was a very nice stay.
The kitchen is a bit too small for 7 people.
The bench in the kitchen may need to be replaced.
Otherwise, it was a great holiday for us, two families each with a dog!
