Description
The idyllic holiday home (up to 6 pers.) is located above the centre of the village. First you reach the sunny part of the garden with hut and pond and then the house. Here is the living level with guest WC, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, the conservatory with fireplace and Allgäu dining group. The surrounding balcony offers a dream view of the village. The living room is decorated with antique and modern furniture. In the bright gallery-like attic there is a large double bedroom with shower room. There is wardrobe space as well as enough reading material on shelves and an antique Bavarian table with chairs. In the basement is the wellness bathroom with body moulding tub and full body shower, sauna with sanarium. Two double bedrooms, one with a small bathroom, have exits to the covered partially glazed east-facing terrace. The bedrooms have large wardrobe space, one has a designer seating area. A travel cot with bedding, toys, high chair and rocking car are provided. Below the property there is a large garage and 1 parking space, above is another parking space with a shorter way to the house. Pets (max. 2) allowed on request. WLAN available free of charge.
The Oberstaufen Plus Card offers many free uses, such as mountain railways, summer toboggan run on the Hündle, climbing garden, local buses to the Alpsee and the mountain regions, museum visits! Per day for 1 mountain region or the wellness bath Aquaria with sauna area. In winter the ski pass is free! Discounts in shops and restaurants.

Oberstaufen is an elegant spa town, famous for the Schroth cure, with beautiful shops, cosy restaurants and also nightlife with dance bars. Cycling, hiking, skiing, golfing or water sports - there is something for everyone at all altitudes.
From the house "around the corner" is the hotel "Alpen Sonne", where wellness offers can be booked or excellent menus can be enjoyed. The bar offers music and good cocktails.
Oberstaufen is surrounded by the mountain panorama of the Nagelfluhkette, where Hündle, Hochgrat and Imberg invite you to hike or enjoy the slopes.
The Alpsee lake can be quickly reached in 10 km. Whether Lindau on Lake Constance (approx. 36 km), Füssen with the fairytale castle Neuschwanstein or Munich - no problem by train. The train station is in the middle of the village. However, the train cannot be heard from the house.

| The prices are for 2 persons. Each additional person pays € 19 per night. Occupancy possible up to 6 pesons. Christmas and New Year's Eve prices apply up to 6 persons. Our terms and conditions apply, including cancellation conditions. Please enquire. Our guests receive the Oberstaufen Plus Card for many free uses, mountain railways, swimming pool, local buses, summer toboggan run on the Hündle, climbing garden, in winter ski pass free of charge. If the Corona crisis persists at travel time, all orders of the Bavarian government apply. Therefore, claims for services that cannot be provided due to force majeure, including the additional Oberstaufen Plus Cards, cannot reduce the rent or be enforced. The then current benefits of the Plus Card can be obtained via oberstaufen.de. In the high season outside of holidays and public holidays, short-term rentals of 4 nights or more can be rented with a one-time surcharge of € 20 per person. Christmas and New Year's Eve the price for up to 6 persons without person surcharge applies, only to rent from 7 nights. A one-time fee of 35 € is payable per dog. Linen can be rented from the administration, per person 10 €, per linen package (1 shower towel, 2 towels) 6 €. Should an electric car be charged on the property, the consumption will be charged. |

Already at the North Sea in Dangast, we have furnished holiday homes in a very special style. Each one is completely different, partly "risen from ruins". We also wanted a house in the mountains. After a long search, we liked Oberstaufen best, because here mountains and lake meet. So you can do water sports in summer, hiking, cycling and skiing in winter. When we found this beautiful house, where tradition and modernity came together under our direction, we felt we had arrived.
