The comfortable holiday apartment FELIX with 75 m2 is located on the 1st floor with two air conditioners, for 2-5 people with two bedrooms and a separate huge 30 m2 living room with 1 bed, three-seater sofa, two-seater and armchair, brand new modern kitchen, bathroom with shower/WC and screened veranda with garden furniture.
Washing machine in our laundry room for an extra charge.

The heated pool can be used from April to October.

The comfortable 75 m2 vacation apartment Felix, suitable for 2-5 people, is located in the district of Kukci in Porec, 2 km from the center, in a quiet, sunny position, surrounded by greenery. For shared use: fenced garden with lawn, sun loungers around the pool (24 m2), garden furniture, barbecue area. Parking. Shop 300 m, restaurant 400 m. Beach 3 km, just 5 minutes by car. Small but exquisite, a charming oasis of well-being where you can leave everyday life behind. In the middle of the garden, garden furniture and a covered grill next to the pool are there for you.
The garden shed is intended for your bicycles.

Vacation in Croatia
We had a very nice and relaxing vacation in a well-maintained facility. The attic apartment is very spacious and nothing is missing. The owners are very friendly and always helpful if you have questions. It is a great advantage that you can communicate in German. We can 100% recommend this accommodation and will definitely vacation there again. Thank you for the beautiful time!

Wellness oasis highly recommended at any time
Extremely hospitable and family-run accommodation located in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are several apartments to choose from that meet individual needs. The hostess speaks perfect German, Croatian, and Italian, so communication of any kind is possible without any problems.
Very well maintained garden with pool and Jacuzzi. The hosts keep everything up to date and everything is very clean.
Fast and stable internet connection or Wi-Fi, making remote work easy.

Highly recommended!
We are a family of 4 with children aged 10 and 14. The flat was very spacious and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful people who just reflect the lovely hospitality of the Croatians very well. Since we tend to swim in the sea, we didn't use the pool that often. However, the pool area is also very nicely designed with enough sunbeds and parasols for everyone. The massage service is also recommended. We had a really professional massage. We had a wonderful time here! Thank you Aleta!

Wonderful holiday with Aleta
We stayed as a family (2 adults / 2 children and a dog) for 10 days with Aleta and her husband. After 5 days we had to change from the apartment to the bungalow, but this had been agreed beforehand. We had a very nice welcome at Aleta's and the 10 days were wonderful
She was always on hand to answer any questions and always had good advice. She also had a small meadow behind the bungalow where the dog could let off steam. I can recommend FeWo Felix 100%. If we ever travel to Porec again, we will book with Aleta again.

Great facility with a family atmosphere
We were there for 2 weeks. Very nice landlords who live on the property - but you don't notice. The beaches (Materana or Polidor) are a good 7-10 minutes by car. There is a small "corner shop" nearby (500 metres) where you can get bread, rolls and everything you need for daily life. For the big purchases you can reach Kaufland, Lidl and Plodine in 4 km. It was very nice - we will be back! The massages offered are really recommendable!
