Description

Bright, modern 2-room flat on the ground floor with south-facing balcony, 2 min to the beach, 3 min to the centre:

renovated and newly furnished for you in 2022: Floors, wallpaper, doors, kitchenette, furniture -- all new!

The modern living room offers you a flat screen TV, kitchenette and couch with sleeping function.

The kitchenette contains a 4-hob ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc.

The beautiful bedroom has a TV, double bed, blackout curtains and wardrobe.
A travel cot for children can be provided if required.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-level real glass shower, hairdryer and WC.

A small storage room is also available in the flat.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the flat.

The large, south-facing balcony is comfortably furnished with a beach chair, table and chairs.

Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Please use the balcony for this purpose.

A car parking space (clear height 1.50 m, length 5 m: not suitable for oversized cars) and bicycle parking in the underground garage in the house are free of charge. E-bikes can be parked in a small lockable cellar room.

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults without an extra person.
A dog up to knee height is allowed for an extra charge.

Sunny family vacation!

Beautiful bright apartment with a large balcony.
The beach was not far away and it took only 3 minutes to reach the center.
A parking space in the underground garage was included free of charge. Our small car fit in there without any problems.
We would love to come back!

Sehr zufrieden
