Holiday by the sea! You can't live closer to the white Baltic Sea beach. Only the dyke separates you from breathtaking walks on the Baltic Sea. You live in a mid-terrace house in Achtern Diek.
Achtern Diek is located in the eastern part of Zingst, right next to the national park, and you can easily reach the Osterwald forest on foot. In the midst of untouched nature, sun-seekers, cyclists, nature lovers, beach holidaymakers and little adventurers will all get their money's worth.
It is only a few minutes by car to the centre of the Baltic Sea spa Zingst. Alternatively, you can get on your bike on the asphalt dyke or walk to the centre.
The house awaits you with a generous 126 sqm. Spread out over 3 bedrooms, enjoy games evenings together in the open living-dining area, relax on the terrace or have a spa day in the sauna and the associated relaxation area.
The holiday home has modern furnishings for up to 6 people and 2 children - consisting of 3 bedrooms, three of them with 1 double bed each and one room with an additional pull-out single bed (bedrooms partly with TV and DVD player), living room with dining table and space for up to 8 people, couch corner, open kitchen, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, extractor bonnet, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, bathroom, WC, laundry room including washing machine, terrace with seating and 2 parking spaces (unfortunately charcoal barbecues are not permitted in houses with thatch!)
The house was newly renovated and refurbished in 2008, the furnishings were renewed in 2021. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes by car. A surf school and a bicycle rental are nearby. You live quietly and away from the hustle and bustle on the beach and can still use all the possibilities and events of the Baltic Sea resort. Shopping facilities are easy to reach by bike or car. The house is located in the Müggenburg district. It is a 3 km walk (approx. 45 min.) to the pier in the centre of Zingst.
It is a non-smoking house.
The municipality charges visitor's tax according to the municipality statutes, and the administration is therefore obliged to collect it.

The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst has the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park right on its doorstep. An extensive network of cycling and hiking trails offers ideal conditions for exploring original villages in the unique beauty and diversity of nature. Zingst is an attractive holiday resort full of traditional charm in a modern yet charming ambience. You will find endless fine sandy beaches and a unique almost untouched natural landscape. The national park is practically right by the house. The Osterwald forest begins a few metres from the house. Behind the Osterwald are the Sundische Wiesen, which extend to the tip of the Zingst to Pramort. A practically uninhabited area that can be explored by bike and on foot.
