We offer you an attic flat with 65 sqm living space (79 sqm floor space), in a quiet, upscale residential location close to the city centre, fully equipped for the normal travel needs of up to a maximum of 6 people. Additional equipment for children, such as a high chair and cot, is available free of charge on request
Cleanliness guarantee! For many holiday guests, the cleanliness of their accommodation is very important. If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the flat, we will refund 15% of your payment (maximum 50.00 EUR) - no ifs, ands or buts!
When you arrive, the beds are already made, so you only need to put your luggage away and feel at home!
All rooms have roller blinds so that they can also be darkened during the day. The underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room climate. Our tenants also appreciate the comfortable flat and kitchen equipment (toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge + freezer, WMF cutlery, etc.)
Bedroom 1 has a double bed. In bedroom 2 there are two single beds available. Additional sleeping facilities (extra cot, extra bed, or pull-out bed in bedroom 2) can be placed in the bedrooms or in the living room according to your wishes. There are up to 6 beds available.

The Wald-Ferienwohnung Hamburg is located only 200 m south of Hamburg, in the village of Ehestorf (municipality of Rosengarten). it is 650 m to the nearest bus stop, to the bus, with connection to the Hamburg 'Neuwiedenthal' S-Bahn station, which is about 3.5 km away. It is only 7 S-Bahn stops to Hamburg's main railway station (journey time 22 min.).
Hamburg offers you a very comprehensive range of culture, sports and leisure activities.
Close to the Wald-Ferienwohnung Hamburg it is worth visiting the 'Wildpark Schwarze Berge' (3 km), with its wolves, lynxes and large playground. A high ropes course and a museum village with interesting exhibitions and historical buildings, some of which are 500 years old, are 4 km away - all popular destinations that can be reached very quickly, especially with children.
The flat is located in the middle of the "Black Mountains". Lignite was once mined underground here. Hamburg - coal mining? Would you have thought that? Today, nature lovers appreciate the area for walking and mountain biking through the "mountainous", wooded nature reserve.
The nearest restaurant (steakhouse) is 1 km away. Shopping facilities (Lidl discount store) 3 km.
The next 2 golf courses are 12 km and 15 km away (mini golf 10 km).
Worth seeing excursion destinations are also in the nearby 'Lüneburger Heide'. Equally interesting are the amusement parks: Centerparcs Bispingen and Heidepark Soltau, about 60 km away. Day trips are also popular to the North Sea and Baltic Sea, as well as to Stade, Buxtehude, Lüneburg and Lauenburg on the Elbe. Feel free to contact us - we will give you tips.

Very nice and well maintained holiday home at an attractive price.
Everything very clean and tidy.
Quiet in the best wooded residential/urban area of Hamburg.
The landlord is very nice and had explained everything very neatly and obligingly at the beginning of the stay.
He also pays a lot of attention to the well-kept surroundings and gives great suggestions for excursions in the area.
Also highly recommended for families with children.

Flawless apartment in a great location
We spent very nice days there. In particular, you can take wonderful walks in the adjacent forest with your dog and at the same time be quickly in the middle of Hamburg by S-Bahn. Highly recommended.
