Description
The Seestern is a very comfortably furnished, detached cottage with a NEW BATHROOM and a new separate WC. Our garden is beautifully designed, well maintained, and completely fenced in.
Inside, the Seestern impresses with its high-quality furnishings. You can sleep in the 2 bedrooms, which have very good beds and mattresses. The large living area with open kitchen leaves little to be desired. The kitchen offers you, as a special feature, a convection oven and, despite the compact size of the kitchen, a dishwasher. The Senseo as well as the coffee machine are waiting to spoil you with fresh coffee.
Also in this little house we try to offer you something special. For special evenings you will find a raclette grill and a fondue set. For in between, there is a crepe maker, the sandwich toaster, etc.
The living area is just as cozy as the rest of the house. A sofa with a slightly extendable seat (not a sofa bed) as well as adjustable headrests and armrests, and the two wingback chairs are comfortable and allow for relaxing hours. Whether you use the fireplace or just watch TV (4k Smart TV), use the Playstation 3 (no games available), everyone can unwind there.
The dining table offers space for 4 people, as well as for one of the two children's chairs, which are freely available to you. In addition to the wardrobe and the hallway, there is also a separate toilet and the bathroom with shower, washbasin, and washing machine.
The duvets available in the house are all 135cm x 200cm and the pillows are 40cm x 80cm in size.
The travel cot is a classic 60cm x 120cm, the blanket is 100cm x 135cm, and the pillow is 40cm x 60cm. We provide you with a folding mattress free of charge for one of the two travel cots so that your child can lie more comfortably. Just please note that your child, despite this additional mattress, cannot climb out of the bed alone and injure themselves.
For the little guests there are 2 travel cots. One classic made of fabric and another foldable cot with 3 removable bars.
The spacious south-facing terrace is a hit. Comfortable chairs at the round table offer you enjoyable meals outdoors. Adjoining the terrace is the storage room with water connection, storage space for various kitchen utensils, the vacuum cleaner, etc.
In the garden house you will find additional garden chairs, a child's bicycle, a pedal car for small children, the grill, as well as garden and sand toys, which you are of course welcome to use during your stay at Seestern (as long as they are in working order).

The starfish is located in the first phase of the holiday park and was built in 1994. A beautiful, large garden surrounds the house.
The garden is completely fenced and accessible through 2 garden gates.
Our cottage is located in a quiet side street, at the edge of the in front of the house, on the own property is the parking space for your car.

Cancellation terms:
Up to 50 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the total cost (excluding tourist tax). From 49 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the total cost (excluding tourist tax). From 29 to 14 days before the start of the trip: 80% of the total cost (excluding tourist tax). In case of non-arrival: 90% of the total cost. In the event of an absolute travel ban, closed borders, or a lodging ban in the Netherlands due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a 100% refund will be issued.

We offer you holidays from the beginning. There is the possibility to book the complete bed service. Upon your arrival, you will be awaiting beds already made. You have less luggage in the car and then less laundry at home, which stacks up. Of course, you can also get your own beds and book only the sets that are waiting for you in the house.
If you want to rent bedding sets (8 € per set) or towel sets (7 € per set), you can do so until one week before your arrival. The service is payable locally in cash. If you want ready-made beds, this costs another 4 € per bed.

Super relaxed vacation
The holiday home was a dream and very cozy, we lacked nothing and would love to come back. We had very good contact with the landlords, highly recommended.

Relaxed holiday
We had a very relaxing and restful vacation. The holiday home left nothing to be desired (it had everything we needed), we had nice contact with the landlords, everything went smoothly, so it was a great vacation, we will definitely come back.

Oasis of well-being
The starfish 89 is simply a wonderful, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped holiday home! I felt completely at ease there from the very first moment because it radiates a great sense of coziness. My two dogs loved the beautiful securely fenced garden, and there is a lot of peace and privacy. It is absolutely fantastic that there is a comprehensive basic equipment that goes far beyond the usual. I've never experienced anything like this in that regard! The contact with the very friendly landlords was uncomplicated and nice!
The park is large, but very green and well-maintained, the location close to the dunes.
My recommendation is unreservedly 5 stars!!

Great place to go on vacation
We felt very comfortable in the house, the garden is also great, our dog loved it.
A special praise goes to the cleaning lady, we have rarely moved into such a clean holiday home.
The location behind the dunes is perfect, the park is also very nice.
You can play mini-golf there super.
All in all, we spent a very nice and relaxing holiday week there.

The Strandperle was our first holiday home in the holiday park, which we bought in the summer of 2014. It was built in 2000, this is the newest part of the holiday park. We renovated the house, so that it met our needs, since we also spend a holiday there regularly. Since then we have spent many relaxing hours in the Strandperle. In summer, the terrace invites you to linger, in autumn / winter it does not sit well in front of the warm fireplace after a walk on the beach. We feel comfortable there and hope you like it as much.
