Location and surroundings of object
Ciriella "Stella" is situated at about 580 m above sea level in the municipality of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region. From Cortemilia, the nearest larger town, it is about 10 km. From Strada Provinciale 52, follow the road for about three kilometres, always uphill, until you reach Ciriella at the end. There are extensive hiking trails directly from the house. A fantastic area with fantastic motorcycle routes through small villages with many curves and little traffic.
Day trips to Cinque Terre, to the sea (the idyllic Noli), to the wine region around Barolo, motorcycle tour Ligurian border road (Strada del Sale) or to the thermal springs in Acqui Terme. In autumn the world famous truffle fair in Alba takes place every year with a lot of program. Stroll through the unspoilt countryside, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont or unwind with a glass of wine in the cosy atmosphere of Ciriella

Wonderful - everything perfect, beautiful location!
PRO: Perfect for a break, a real vacation for an immediate escape from the hamster wheel without the urge (and possibility) for sightseeing (stress). Great location with a unique view over the entire valley and at night the wonderful starry sky without any disturbing light. House of the highest quality. Spotlessly clean. Completely high-quality fenced. Almost every corner is not visible. Pool top, clean, tiles all around without slipping risk. Every detail of the house and property is well thought out and geared towards the guest. High-quality furnishings including kitchen. Wonderful hosts/management, mega friendly and committed. There were no issues that required engagement, but it was always asked if everything was perfect - and yes, it was. 2 cocktail evenings per week, definitely take part, wonderful. There is also a pizza evening if enough guests sign up for it. Those looking for a "Don't get upset" vacation will find it here. It doesn't always have to be a sea view. Contra: We would have liked to stay a bit longer, so we have to come back. Thank you Melanie & Team for a lovely time!

Wonderful holiday!
We were blown away by this exquisite holiday home in such a beautiful and peaceful location. The house itself is pure luxury, has everything you need, with far reaching views across the hills of Piemont. There is a lovely pool area with comfortable seating and enough to see in the surrounding area, if you can tear yourself away from all this.
To top it off, Melanie is a really good host, making you feel welcome and very much at home. The pizza night is not to be missed, the pizzas and wines are excellent and it’s great fun!

Dreamlike holiday home
The reception was very warm. The holiday home is very well equipped and nothing is missing. It is particularly pleasant that the windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The pool is very skin-friendly, filled with saltwater. We really enjoyed the pizza evening and also the opportunity to enjoy a delicious drink in a social setting several times a week.

Dream vacation
We are repeat offenders ... when we saw the pictures in the presentation for the first time, the thought was: hard to believe that there is something so beautiful. Upon arrival, then the surprise: it is even more beautiful, cleaner, better, and from year to year, an improvement is even possible. The house Stella ... just perfect, starting point for beautiful bike tours and excursions, and when you come back, it goes to the dreamy pool. The contact with Melanie and Bernadette is heartfelt, they really take care of everything (if the back gets stuck, a brilliant osteopath will be at the door the next day ... thank you, you saved my vacation). Incomparable is the pizza evening exclusively for the residents of the houses, the most delicious pizzas are conjured from the historic oven at the house in a wonderful atmosphere. A dream vacation for those who don't need hustle and bustle but are looking for relaxation. Just thank you...

Dream holiday in Piedmont
This is the second time we have enjoyed our holiday in this dream house in Piedmont. Spacious, luxurious and very well maintained with its own pool. In addition, lovely hosts who welcome you so warmly that you have the feeling of coming home
The house is secluded and guarantees absolute relaxation
If you like to be out in nature - for hiking and cycling - you are in good hands in Piedmont. Trips to Alba or Barbaresco are ideal for wine tasting. And Turin is worth a trip. And it's not far to the sea, for example to Savona or Finale Ligure.
We still have a lot to see and will be happy to come back.

Der Pool ist sehr Hautfreundlich mit Salzwasser gefüllt.
Wir haben den Pizza Abend sehr genossen und auch das Angebot mehrmals die Woche einen leckeren Drink in geselliger Runde zu genießen.
Das Haus ist abseits gelegen und garantiert absolute Erholung.
Wer gerne in der Natur unterwegs ist – zum Wandern und Radfahren – ist im Piemont gut aufgehoben. Ausflüge nach Alba oder Barbaresco bieten sich zur Weinprobe an. Und Turin ist einen Ausflug wert. Zum Meer, z.B. nach Savona oder Finale Ligure, ist es auch nicht weit.
Wir haben noch viel zu sehen und werden gerne wiederkommen.
Nachdem wir von Melanie sehr herzlich empfangen wurden ging es auf den Rundgang durch das perfekt eingerichtete Haus (vielen Dank auch für die Überraschungen im Kühlschrank), mit dem anschließenden Besuch der Poolanlage die ihres Gleichen sucht.
Wir haben uns in den 14 Tagen perfekt erholen können.
Vielen Dank an Melanie die uns während unseres Aufenthalts umsorgt hat und die immer ein offenes Ohr für uns hatte.
Danke auch an Babette die uns am letzten Tag nach einem netten Gespräch verabschiedet hat.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Das Haus war penibel gereinigt (super war die Zwischenreinigung und Handtuchwechsel), super ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt ! Die Poolanlage war sehr schön und sehr gepflegt ! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Melanie und Babette - wir wurden herzlichst empfangen - ein paar Kleinigkeiten standen im Kühlschrank bereit und sogar unser Hund bekam Leckerlies ! Bei Fragen konnte man sich jederzeit an beide wenden, super! Wir kommen wieder !!!!
Das einzige Problem war für uns anfangs die Pizzeria - Suche. Durch Corona hat vieles geschlossen. Dennoch haben wir einen super Pizzabäcker gefunden, bei dem wir regelmäßig bestellt & abgeholt haben.
Der außen Pool ist einfach nur ein Traum - mit Salzwasser, groß und auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar, da Überdachung möglich.
Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Melanie ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin und jederzeit für einen da, falls man etwas braucht.
Immer wieder gern :)
Wer im Urlaub Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, auf Luxus nicht verzichten möchte und bereit ist, etwas abseits typischer Touristengebiete auch längere Wege in Kauf zu nehmen, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.
Einkaufen und Genießen in den verschiedenen Trattorien der Umgebung oder in der Pasticceria in Castelletto Uzzone bereitet Freude.
Liebevolle Gastgeber, die mit Rat, Tat und Tipps zur Seite stehen, runden den entspannten Aufenthalt ab.
