Description
Our holiday apartment consists of 2 residential units, a holiday apartment for 2 - 3 persons and an apartment for 1 - 2 persons. Both are connected by an intermediate door and can be booked separately or together. The holiday apartment was newly furnished in 2016 and equipped with all technical comforts. W-LAN is free of charge and LAN connections are available in all rooms, including the apartment, as well as flat screen TV. The kitchen is new, well equipped and stocked with sufficient cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher as well as all other usual electrical appliances belong to it just like a mini freezer. You can store your groceries in a small pantry. The apartment was finished in 2017 and is equipped with a mini kitchen, which is also well stocked, a table with 2 chairs and a new sofa bed for 2 people. Our guests have exclusive use of the large, partly covered, terrace with garden furniture and parasol. All rooms have access to the terrace. On request we can provide you with a barbecue. Both units are non-smoking apartments. If you book as a family with children or as a group, you automatically get both accommodation units. Animals are not allowed in consideration of allergy sufferers. Please have a look at our homepage
Attention: In the period from 1 September to 30 November 2021, the apartment can not be rented. Only the holiday apartment for 1 to 3 persons is available.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in Wingeshausen, a district of Bad Berleburg. Our village has become known through the settlement of bisons in the bison wilderness, which is located about 4 km from our house. The well-kept network of hiking trails around our villages Wingeshausen, Aue and Müsse alone offer you numerous possibilities for exploring and breathtaking views of nature. For this purpose, we provide you with a hiking map specially prepared by the village association. But also the entrances to other numerous marked and partly also certified hiking trails like the Rothaarsteig, the Wisentpfad, Via Adrina, Wittgensteiner Schieferpfad, WaldSkulpturenWeg Wittgenstein-Sauerland are not far away from us. The climbing rock "Am Kapplerstein" and in winter a ski slope with drag lift as well as groomed cross-country skiing tracks offer you further sporting activities. The beautiful towns of Schmallenberg with the fashionable district of Jagdhaus and also Bad Berleburg with the princely castle can be reached quickly by car. In the village itself you will find everything you need for daily life: a grocery store with a bakery, a beverage shop, a bank, a doctor's office and restaurants. Sonnenblick in Wingeshausen
Beautiful apartment with various options to sit outside. Every corner on the terrace is great. Including a nice swing bench. The village shop has everything for sale. At Sonnenhof, you can sit comfortably with a beautiful view. At Forellenhof, you can enjoy delicious cake. In short, a wonderful location for those seeking peace, with two nice and helpful owners. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful view and peaceful
The ground floor apartment with its own terrace overlooking the valley. The kitchen equipment is very well equipped. With two bathrooms, it is extra luxurious. The living room is sufficient and cozy for 2 people, but too tight for four. The bedroom with good beds and plenty of bath towels in the wardrobe makes it very pleasant. Wingeshausen is a quiet village from which many circular walks are possible. There are also plenty of opportunities for excursions in the region.

Holiday flat Karl family
It was a very nice week that we were able to spend with the Karl family. The flat was super nice, friendly hosts, the landscape full of postcard motifs, even the weather cooperated.
