This holiday home with only 4 units (first time use in 1992) was equipped with a lot of effort and some extras (internet, satellite color TV, safe, bed linen / towels, washing machine, heating possibility, barbecue area, children's play area, priv. Covered parking, etc.). The house is located in a quiet urbanization, on a hill about 600 m (10 min walk) from the beach. From your apartment you can enjoy wonderful sunsets behind the bay of Malaga, or even the view over the sea towards the coast of Torremolinos. The villa also has a swimming pool (8 x 5 m), which is only available to guests of these 4 apartments. The apartment has a bedroom (2 single beds), living-dining room (including sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a south-facing balcony / terrace. The furniture has been very tastefully selected.

Location and surroundings of object
From your destination Malaga airport it is only about 30 km east to your vacation home. Benajarafe is a small quiet fishing village with good traffic, new beach promenade and a wide sandy beach. All that is necessary for daily life (restaurants, bank, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) are here, or you drive to the 8 km distant Torre del Mar where every Thursday from 10 to 14 clock market day. The nearest golf course is about 5 minutes drive from the villa.
