Great country side house located at the north of the island with nice terraces, lovely garden with trees and a spacius playground for the kids.

This cozy country house is located in Buger. It is situated on a 7,000 m2 plot and in a very quiet location.

The house has a living area of 80 m2. At the entrance you will find a livingroom area very warm as the house keep the original buildingstyle of stones, from the livingroom you go straight to the kitchen-dining area with a table for six people, from there you have a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, the house has one bathroom with a shower. It also has a couple of terraces that offer you a panoramic view to the garden, a pool and a nice bbq area where you can make a nice meals to enjoy with friends or family.

IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
