This beautiful Majorcan finca in rustic style with an idyllic location in the middle of nature offers a wonderful view of the Tramuntana mountains. In the 200 m² of living space you will find relaxation for the whole family. This country house is perfect for a memorable family or group holiday.
The house is prepared for 4 persons and offers its comfortable bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 with two single beds and 1 additional bedroom with 1 single bed) and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. The living room with its cosy sofa invites you to linger. The finca also has internet connection (WiFi) and TV with satellite channels.
The unique outdoor area by the 250 m² large terrace with comfortable seating and unforgettable views. In the garden of the house you will find the swimming pool and a bath, comfortable sun loungers...and a lot of privacy. Here you can also organise cosy barbecues.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption. (0,25 €/kW)
