Family-friendly finca for 4 people with a beautiful pool, large garden and barbecue area.
This picturesque finca in Mallorca is in an absolutely private location in the countryside just outside the town of Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia. It is only 2 kilometres to both towns, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping facilities. For the children, water parks, horseback riding and many other attractions are close by, as well as the natural kilometre-long sandy beach that starts in Puerto de Alcudia and runs along the entire bay.
The child-friendly finca stands on a plot of 3000 m². First you enter the tastefully furnished living room. There are comfortable sofas, a TV with DVD/CD player and an internet connection. Next to the living room is a nice bedroom with a double bed. Furthermore, there is a dining room in which the fully equipped kitchen is integrated. From here, a beautiful spiral staircase leads to another bedroom, which is equipped with two single beds. Of the two bathrooms installed in the house, one has a shower and the other a bathtub.
There is a lot to discover in the elaborately designed outdoor area, first of all the beautiful sitting areas prepared on the spacious terrace in front of the finca. Several comfortable pieces of garden furniture are waiting to be used here, of course in the refreshing shade. Another seating area with high-quality furniture can be found in the covered garden pavilion. Adjacent to the house is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for professional barbecue evenings and sociable barbecues. From here you have a great view over the huge, well-tended garden. Various Mediterranean plants and trees grow here on nicely laid out beds, and there are also many soft lawns. A children's playground with a swing and sandbox has been built. The highlight of the outdoor area is, of course, the large pool with its comfortable sun loungers. Here you can really enjoy your holiday!
