Description
Great Villa at the north of the island very well equipped, ideal for relaxing in summer or winter.
The house has two diferents levels, on the ground floor you will find a kitchen fully equipped in an open concept with spacious living-dinning area with a lovely fire place, also at the the same level you will find a bedroom and a bathroom..
On the first floor we first reach a comfortable seating area, from here, there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has been lovingly furnished.
The big garden has being well kept and also you have a nice size pool with a shower outside. By the pool you find the sunbeds to start from the first minute to enjoy the pool and the lovely weather of Mallorca. Around the house you will find nice terraces to have a seat and relax , you have a spectacular property to have a lot of fun and enjoy nice sunshine evenings with a lovely bbq.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
