A very clean and spacious Finca
Beautiful country house in the north of the island, located in Santa Margalida, in a rural area just 7 km from the sea and the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcudia.
Suitable for children, with a lovely private swimming pool, a swing on large lawn and barbecue. Outside there is a Mediterranean garden with manicured trees and a beautiful lawn. Even a table tennis table is available. The house has a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with shower. The fully equipped, ultra-modern kitchen leading to a living/dining room with flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi. All rooms are lovingly, modern and high quality furnished. For the winter months there is a pellet stove in the living room with ventilation slits in the bedrooms and in the bathroom.
Beside the house there is a pretty terrace with garden furniture. From here you have a great view of the pool and garden. Sun beds are already waiting for you. The house is only 2 km from the village.
In this pretty, well-kept Finca you can spend a wonderful family vacation.
IMPORTANT:
