Our holiday home is located in a family-friendly holiday park directly on the Grevelingenmeer, a popular recreational and water sports area. The former estuary of the North Sea is today the largest freshwater lake in Western Europe. Many water sports enthusiasts appreciate the Grevelingenmeer, because it is calmer than inland waters than the North Sea, but there is almost as much wind.

On the ground floor there is a well-equipped, fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas hob with extractor fan, a large oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a raclette maker and plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery, a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink , as well as the cozy living-dining room with flat screen, DVD player and a small music system.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe and a guest toilet.

Pillows, quilts and blankets are provided. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels must be brought.

The terrace in its own, fully fenced garden is equipped with a garden table and chairs, an awning provides shade if necessary. Two sunbeds invite for sunbathing.

Does your dog belong to the family? Then he should also go on vacation. In our house are also four-legged friends welcome! Enjoy the time together, go for long walks on the water and much more!

Our garden is completely fenced, your dog can move freely in and around the house.

Zeeland is known for its beautiful beaches, numerous water sports and world-famous Delta Works. Idyllic harbor towns and small towns invite you to stroll and linger.

Many of these places (Zierikzee, Burgh-Haamstede, Middelharnis, Renesse, Veere, Middelburg, Domburg and others) are easily accessible from our house by car.

Are you athletic or would you like to be on vacation? Whether in or on the water or on land, in and around Bruinisse countless possibilities exist.

In our holiday park there are two playgrounds for playing and climbing, a football field, a basketball court, a volleyball net, a table tennis table and an outdoor soccer table.

A few minutes walk away are two small beaches on the Grevelingen sea, where you can splash, swim, play, dig ... There is also a sailing school for children and adults. If that's not enough, you can park your car at the Brouwersdam immediately behind the dunes and spend time at one of the most beautiful beaches in Zeeland after just half an hour by car. Here you can also practice kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, kite buggy in appropriate introductory or basic courses. Also popular are the equally accessible beaches of Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede.

In the adjacent to our park Aquadelta there are opportunities for tennis, squash, bowling, mini golf, billiards, an indoor playground, an indoor pool with a large waterslide and a large baby pool and kicker and Co. (some with costs). If you enjoy cycling and do not have your own, you can rent bicycles and other vehicles there.

If you like to play golf, you can do so at Golfclub Grevelingenhout, about a kilometer away (18 holes).

Felt completely comfortable

We felt completely at home here during our summer vacation.
In the house, we found everything we needed, and it was clean and tidy.
The park is very quiet... the garden is completely fenced and overgrown with shrubs... this provides privacy, and you can let your dogs jump around carefree.
If you want a bit of action, you can reach Aquadelta by bike in about 5 minutes.
Ms. Kneutgen responds very quickly and always kindly if you have a question.
Conclusion... If we ever find ourselves in this corner again, we would be happy to book the cottage again anytime.

Very bad first impression

Hello, as the title already suggests, there was a very bad first impression. This should unfortunately solidify over the course of the first and following days. The entrance area to the cottage was already very neglected. A bike rack barely visible. The front door opened, and the embarrassment was immediately visible. At least a 1 square meter mold stain directly on the dining area wall. Dirty, broken pans, pots without lids, moldy kitchen curtains, etc. No welcome in the house. I had to search for a folder with the documents. The garden is a disaster.

Despite a great booking and communication with Annick Kneutgen, I can only praise the surroundings of Bruinisse and Zeeland. I enjoy being here. I am sorry, but I cannot give a better rating.

Es tut mir leid, dass die Kommunikation anscheinend doch nicht gut genug war, ansonsten hätte man verschiedene Dinge sicher klären können.
Ich möchte gerne klarstellen, dass es sich bei dem Fleck auf der Wand NICHT um einen Schimmelfleck handelt. Vor ein paar Wochen war die Wand infolge eines Unwetters an dieser Stelle feucht, wir haben daraufhin eine Fachfirma bestellt. Es handelt sich nicht um Schimmel sondern um Feuchtigkeitsflecken, die Farbe ist dort nach dem Trocknen etwas heller als die übrige Wand.
Da ich Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps per E-Mail verschicke, stand der Ordner vermutlich im Schrank.
Töpfe und Co. kontrollieren wir regelmäßig, werden wir die Tage auch wieder tun.

Time in Bruinesse / Zeeland

Great contact with Annick. Great contact at the reception in the de Tong. Cute little house, very lovingly furnished with a comfortable bed. We slept well. Great rainforest shower. Coffee tastes good from the machine. Great meadow with bushes around it. Very friendly atmosphere in the park with helpful neighbours. Beach within 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended, would love to come back.

Urlaub Holland

It was very nice. The house was super clean, nothing was missing, everything was there that one needs. If there is a problem, no matter what, Mrs. Kneutgen takes care of it immediately. That's why I would stay there again, everything was just very nice.

Schlichtes, aber schönes Ferienhaus

The house has everything you need, including a good heating system, which is necessary at this time of year. The bathroom on the ground floor is new, which was important to us. We all slept well in the beds. The kitchen naturally shows signs of use, but it really has everything you need. The house is very well located as a starting point for beach walks (5 min.). It takes 10 min. to get to the town, where you can also find good places to eat. All popular excursion destinations can be reached within an hour by car. The contact with the landlady, Mrs. Kneutgen, went smoothly, as well as the registration with the local caretaker.
However, those looking for a luxury vacation are in the wrong place. It is more suitable for a family vacation.
If possible, we would gladly return.

Vacation between the years

The little house is charming, especially the separate kitchen. The house has everything you need, washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer etc. It was very cozy, quiet and relaxing. Mrs. Kneutgen is a great landlady who takes care of everything exemplary, even from a distance, quickly and smoothly. All in all, highly recommended! Beautiful holiday home, perfect with dog

Cosy holiday home in Holland

We spent a week in the holiday home and enjoyed it very much. The house is very lovingly furnished and decorated and everything you need is available. (However, you have to bring your own consumables, bed linen, etc.). For our daughter and us, the large fenced garden was great and there were also two nice playgrounds and a sports field on the grounds. We had bicycles with us and can highly recommend this, as the surrounding area is wonderful to explore by bike. However, there are also two beaches within walking distance. We especially liked the fact that despite the North Sea, there was no high or low tide there, so you could always go swimming. Thank you for a wonderful time!

A little house to feel good in

We were here for a weekend with two adults and one child and felt very comfortable in the cottage. The furnishings deserve special mention. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, almost like at home! In the cosy corner of the living room or on the terrace you can play games and that is also taken care of. If the weather should be bad, there are games, books and films for the family in the cupboard. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. For a family, there is a second toilet next to the bathroom with bathtub and toilet. If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you.
