After the property in the middle of the small, quiet North Sea resort of Dornumersiel had been acquired and newly rounded off, the new owners had to realise that large parts of the house, which was approx. 200 years old and had been altered many times, were in a very deplorable condition. In the course of 2002/2003, extensive measures were taken to renovate and restore the remaining substance.
The Villa Coco with its 120m² of living space is dominated on the ground floor by a large fireplace open on all sides. In front of the visually separated kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. is the dining area, opposite is the cosy living area. A small hallway leads to the sauna room, a shower room with floor-level shower area, and an alcove with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, two bedrooms invite you to relax and rest at night and another bathroom invites you to indulge in hygiene.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets under the premise of keeping the house open to allergy sufferers. For the same reasons, smoking is not allowed in the house.
Since September 2014, the new infrared sauna on the ground floor is ready for use.
A WLAN connection is available for your use.
The garden with its three ash trees, surrounded by native plants, welcomes you to play, have fun and relax.
There are 2 parking spaces on the property. In addition, you have the possibility to paddle across the Mahlbusen in our folding boat. (at your own risk! )
Garden furniture and a parasol are of course available for our guests.

The "Tief" runs about 50 metres away, where you can fish to your heart's content after purchasing a licence from the local fisherman. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes. Around the corner there is a bicycle rental, a supermarket and several restaurants of different qualities. Apart from that, you have many possibilities for various activities.

Great house
Hello Mrs. Höflinger,
it was once again 2 relaxing weeks in your holiday home.
Although we couldn't use the fireplace and the sauna this year (it was extremely warm for 2 weeks), we still made it very cozy.
We would love to come again in winter.

Large house in prime location
Perfectly equipped with a huge open fireplace.
Nothing is missing. Centrally located in Dornumersiel. We were able to let our souls dangle. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the house.
