Description
Even the smallest guests are taken care of with colorful children's tableware and two high chairs. A stair gate is available.
For a cozy, warm feeling, in addition to the heating, there is a comfortable fireplace in the living room. The sofa area invites you, for example, to game nights (board games are available in the house). The media equipment in the living room includes, in addition to the television with satellite connection, a DVD and Blu-ray player, as well as a music system with Bluetooth connection. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom equipped with a window, whirlpool, sauna, shower, toilet, and washing machine are also located on the ground floor. A baby cot is available free of charge for the youngest guests.
A staircase leads to the open gallery on the first floor with another television including DVD and Blu-ray player. Here, an open sleeping area for a 7th person can be set up using a pull-out couch. When the trees shed their leaves in autumn, you once again have a view of the lake from the gallery, best enjoyed with a cup of coffee or tea from the armchair in front of the floor-to-ceiling window.
On the first floor there are also two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x 180x200, 1x 160x200). The bathroom on the first floor, equipped with windows, includes a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. The house includes a covered terrace with garden furniture and a garden shed. Here you will find, among other things, the Weber charcoal grill, a small trampoline, the SUP accessories, and the oars for the rowboat, which is available to our guests free of charge from May to October. You are welcome to rent an electric motor for the boat on a weekly basis by prior arrangement. The house also includes a free SUP including accessories from May to October. The holiday home is surrounded by a garden with lawn and flower beds. Your cars can be parked in the double parking space at the house. A hammock and a trampoline are available for you to use. Parents are liable for their children.
It is about 50m on foot to the bathing beach with sunbathing lawn by the lake. This spot is also well suited for the smallest guests, as the water is very shallow here. Equipment at a glance:

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a very small and quiet holiday home settlement directly on Lake Dümmer. Parties are not allowed here, so the peace and quiet in the midst of the nature of the protected landscape area can be fully enjoyed.
The region around Lake Dümmer is not only a wonderful recreational area but is also strategically well situated for excursions to, among others, Schwerin, Wismar, the Baltic Sea, Hamburg, or Ludwigslust. For children there are, among other things, only 500 m from the holiday home there is an adventure nature trail and in the village a large playground for children of all ages. For a bike tour or a hike, many beautiful and well-developed paths are available right outside your door.
There is a bakery in the village that is open on Sundays. You can purchase regional products in various farm shops, where coffee and cake are often available in the associated farm café. The nearest shopping opportunities are 5 - 10 minutes away by car in Wittenburg, Stralendorf, and Pampow.
The Alpincenter in Wittenburg (12km) is also easily accessible by bicycle. There you will find leisure activities such as skiing and snowboarding, tobogganing, go-kart and quad tracks, a high ropes course with adventure playground, an indoor playground, as well as beach volleyball courts and various gastronomic facilities.
In Zachun (20km) you can also take advantage of a water ski facility.
Our beautiful state capital – the 'City of Seven Lakes' – together with the World Heritage Schwerin Castle, offers you a wide range of entertainment and culture. To get to know the city, we recommend a city tour with the 'Petermännchenexpress' and a trip with the 'Weiße Flotte' on Lake Schwerin.

Very beautiful holiday home
The house is beautifully furnished inside and very clean. The terrace was sheltered and had plenty of space. The mattresses are very good and everything needed for cooking was available in the kitchen. The area was quiet for relaxing. We felt comfortable right away. Highly recommended!

Great winter getaway with wellness and skiing
We found this cozy vacation home on Instagram and wanted to try it out for our time off. We were not disappointed! From the first minute, we felt absolutely comfortable. A comfortable sofa by the fireplace, sauna and whirlpool, a well-equipped kitchen, cozy beds, lovingly chosen decor and books, and even plenty of entertainment for families with children. The fast Wi-Fi is fantastic. My personal highlight was the espresso in the morning in the armchair on the gallery with a view of the lake. Wonderful!
We took many walks through the beautiful nature around the lake, also visited Schwerin and Wismar, and went to the ski hall in Wittenburg (a great alternative to a winter holiday in the mountains).
All in all, we had a great time and can only recommend the house!

Very nice holiday home in a great location.
The holiday home truly leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home right away. Beautiful furnishings, cozy beds, great kitchen equipment, everything very clean, fast Wi-Fi, toys for the children, a lovely garden, and very quiet location. We had a great time! The lake is just a few steps away and really nice for swimming. We have already booked for next year. Highly recommended!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
The vacation home is located a minute's walk from Lake Dümmer, in a beautiful holiday village. The house is very nicely furnished and lacks nothing. The washing machine seems to be rarely used and therefore looks corresponding. Before departure, we used the vacuum cleaner and maybe the bag should be changed because it did not smell good when vacuuming. These are also the only deductions. We used the boat a lot for fishing. Unfortunately, we were not aware of where the fishing spots are and did not book the electric motor in advance. Booking on-site was no longer possible. Therefore, if you are there for fishing, definitely book the electric motor in advance, otherwise you might paddle for an hour to reach the spot. Everything else was great!

Beautiful holiday home with pool and sea view.
We spent 10 days in the Seeblick house in April. We were greeted with a personal welcome and a refreshment from the region, which made us feel at home immediately. The contact with the landlady was very friendly, warm, and always available, truly exemplary. The Swedish house is a wooden house with a warm charm, the furnishings are very high quality and complete. In April, the holiday village was still very quiet, which we enjoyed very much. There are many beautiful activities to do, and there are also some suggestions in the house. The consumption billing process was very quick, but be careful with your head when reading the meter. In summary, I can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday home.
