Description
Our Strandperle 335 is a cozy, very well-equipped holiday home, renovated in 2025, for a maximum of 4 people, from 2027 (6 people in 2026).
The Strandperle is heated by a central gas heating system. The fireplace with glass insert warms the house and also creates a cozy atmosphere. A photovoltaic system has been installed on the roof. The electricity generated here is fed into the power grid.
For small children, there are two Trip Trap chairs (one incl. Iron – unfortunately, the small leather strap was taken home by guests), a foldable wooden crib as well as a travel cot and much more are provided. We offer you, subject to availability, various toys for children of different ages. Lego, baby toys, books, … Everything can gladly be used during your holiday, just please return the games complete and in order. Ground floor: Hallway with wardrobe

All available blankets measure 135cm x 200cm, the pillows 40cm x 80cm. The bedding set for the travel cot is 100cm x 135cm, the additional travel cot mattress is 60cm x 120cm in size.
In the holiday home there are many items that are not part of the regular equipment. These include the Krupps hand mixer, the waffle iron, the raclette grill, a fondue set, the sandwich toaster, the crêpe maker... which, as long as they were left in working order, may be used. The plentiful sand and garden toys are also available for your use during your stay. The available scooter and a children's bicycle can also be used during your vacation, provided they are in working order.

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of the park. The large garden offers a lot of privacy, it is surrounded by a fence fence and shrubs. The south-east terrace offers plenty of space and is bordered by two sides with a windbreak.
The distance to the North Sea beach is about 900m.

Up to 50 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the total cost (excluding tourist tax). From 49 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the total cost (excluding tourist tax). From 29 to 14 days before the start of the trip: 80% of the total cost (excluding tourist tax). In case of non-arrival: 90% of the total cost. In the event of an absolute travel ban, closed borders, or a lodging ban in the Netherlands due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a 100% refund will be issued.

In the park there is a miniature golf course and 2 tennis courts. Likewise, it is possible among others to rent park bicycles, bike trailers, kettcars and carts. In high season, the Parkrestaurant offers a bread service. Orders are accepted there and can be picked up there the following day.
The large playground offers space for children of all ages. There are climbing facilities, swings, slides, a cable car, a raft and soon an artificial turf pitch for ambitious, small amateur footballers.

Highly recommended
We spent a week in this incredibly beautiful house. There is nothing lacking here; such amenities are rarely found, if at all. The contact with the landlords was smooth; when the sliding door was defective, a handyman was called for Sunday. (thank you again for that) It is also worth mentioning that everything was sparkling clean and the beds super comfortable. We will definitely come back.

We had a very nice week at the beach pearl. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate completely, but it wasn't so bad thanks to the covered and sheltered terrace.
The holiday home is equipped with EVERYTHING your heart desires, super clean and in tip-top shape.
The only downside was the location at the end of the cul-de-sac, where people kept "getting lost," making it a bit more lively... of course, the landlord can't do anything about that. This slightly disturbed our peace.

We have been regularly vacationing at the Bungalow Parc Strandslag for almost 30 years and have already lived in many houses.
After a long search, we found the perfect house for us.
Great for small children and dogs. The property is securely fenced and the terrace can also be used in bad weather.
It is a bit more expensive, but really worth it!

The Strandperle was our first holiday home in the holiday park, which we bought in the summer of 2014. It was built in 2000, this is the newest part of the holiday park. We renovated the house, so that it met our needs, since we also spend a holiday there regularly. Since then we have spent many relaxing hours in the Strandperle. In summer, the terrace invites you to linger, in autumn / winter it does not sit well in front of the warm fireplace after a walk on the beach. We feel comfortable there and hope you like it as much.
