The 42m² (non-smoking) holiday flat is furnished in country house style and was newly built in 2017.
The flat has 1 bedroom and a spacious living/dining room with a full-size sofa bed.
All windows have fly screens, of course.
All floors are tiled and have underfloor heating.
Although we like animals very much, the holiday flat is only rented without pets out of consideration for allergy sufferers!
The compact kitchen is equipped with everything a woman or man needs.

Our house, and therefore also the holiday flat, is located directly on the "Focker Strom" with a view of the harbour in Waase.
To get to the café 300m away where you can get delicious cakes :-), just cross the small bridge.

The resting and roosting places of many wild birds are located in the immediate vicinity.
The cranes in particular inspire many people who come to Ummanz every year and want to watch the birds of happiness, for example, at the observation site in Tankow.

Keep it up
Top accommodation very friendly and helpful landlords. Also recommended for people with a handicap (e.g. walker). It is a beautiful place to slow down. The Fogger Strom is only a stone's throw away. Farmer Kliewe and Farmer Lange are not far away. My sister and I enjoyed our time here. We have already made our next reservation. Best regards to Trix and Heiko

Beautiful holiday apartment with water view
Beautiful, well-furnished and very clean vacation apartment with friendly landlords and a fantastic view of the small harbor. Good amenities. It would be nice if the washing machine connection could also have a washing machine.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is a bit unreliable and the slatted frame in the double bed is a bit creaky.
Nevertheless, we had a fantastic vacation!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
We felt comfortable from the first minute. The holiday apartment is furnished to a very high standard and tastefully decorated. The new thatched roof house is located directly on the Bodden and invites you to extensive walks and bike tours in the immediate surroundings. We were here in October and were able to observe the interesting crane migrations. Nature lovers and those seeking peace have optimal opportunities here on Ummanz in connection with this beautiful holiday apartment. Thank you to the Jentz family for the nice care. We recommend them to others.

Idyll in the newly built thatched house
We spent our short trip on Rügen with the Jentz/Weller family. The thatched house was newly built last year. We were only the third holiday guests, which is why there are no reviews yet.
We found a very stylishly furnished flat with a separate entrance. The furnishings are of high quality - we wanted for nothing
We deliberately chose the remote, very close to nature and quiet location, but therefore definitely recommend travelling by car (also because of the shopping). Directly on the water and a stone's throw from the island of Ummanz complete the special charm. In addition, the cycle paths on Rügen are very well developed, which makes exploring by bike wonderful.
In the Jentz family we experienced very nice and available, but also pleasantly reserved hosts.
For the 5th star in service, we recommend the landlords to complete the basis for life - at least in the beginning - (kitchen roll, salt, pepper, oil, etc.) or to offer special services, such as a bread roll service
Finally, a big thank you again for the pleasant stay! We can definitely recommend this beautiful spot.
