The Ap. "3" has a living area of 48m² and is suitable for 2-4 * Pesonen. It is located on the 2nd floor, in the back of the building. It is modernly furnished, air conditioned and consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a beautiful living room with pull-out couch and a fully equipped kitchen.
Wireless internet, safe, flat screen TV and satellite antenna are available.
The apartment has a terrace in the garden, which is equipped with garden furniture.
Cot, high chair and bath are on request.
A parking space in front of the house is available.

Location and surroundings of object

The apartments of Villa Adrian are about kilometers from the city center; a small supermarket is very close to the house and the beach is only a 2-3 minute walk; the beach itself consists of pebbles and stone; Here you will find cafes, ice cream, restaurants, snack bars, games and sports facilities. And if you do not want to drive to the city by car, you can also take the taxi boat, which runs at regular intervals from the beach towards the city.

Directions to the apartments of Villa Adrian / Rovinj:
Drive towards Pula and then take the Rovinj / Kanfanar exit. At the end of the road, after the tollbooth, turn left towards Rovinj and continue for about 15km until you reach a large roundabout (in the middle is an olive tree), where you turn right towards Amarin. On the right side you will pass a car camp called Porton Biondi; after this car camp, turn left at the first intersection and head towards Amarin again. After a small supermarket on the left side of the street, take the first left onto Miroslav Krleza; the second street on the left is Lodovico Brunetti, where Villa Adrian is at number 13.
