The apartment, AP. "5", the villa SKY, measures approx. 40m² and is suitable for 2 * persons. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the back of the house. It is nicely decorated and air conditioned. It is divided into a bedroom with double bed (view of Rovinj's old town), a shower room, a living room with fitted kitchen and a small terrace ( ²), from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
Wireless internet, safe, flat screen TV and satellite antenna are available.
Cot, high chair and bath are on request.
In front of the building a parking space is provided for each of the apartments.
In exceptional cases (on request) a third person (child) is allowed: extra charge of 20,00 EUR / day.

The Villa SKY is about kilometers from the city center; a small supermarket is very close to the house, and the beach is only about 4-5 minutes walk; the beach itself consists of pebbles and stone; Here you will find cafes, ice cream, restaurants, snack bars, games and sports facilities.

Directions to the apartments of Villa SKY / Rovinj:
Drive towards Pula and then take the Rovinj / Kanfanar exit. At the end of the road, after the tollbooth, turn left towards Rovinj and continue for about 15km until you reach a large (3rd) roundabout (in the middle is an olive tree), where you turn right towards Amarin. On the right side you will pass a car camp called Porton Biondi; after this car camp, turn left at the first intersection and head towards Amarin again. After a small supermarket on the left side of the street, take the first left onto Miroslav Krleza; the third street on the right is the Monpeloso, where Villa SKY is located at number 5.

Dream vacation
We were warmly welcomed and greeted by our hostess Miriam. After Miriam showed us the beautiful apartment with a magnificent sea view from the balcony (priceless) and from the bedroom overlooking Rovinj, and explained the function of the air conditioning, we enjoyed a fantastic holiday in Istria. Miriam was always available and ready to assist, we always received fresh towels and any special requests were fulfilled. The apartment is very brightly furnished and very clean throughout the house, the friendly young woman who cleans was also very kind. Additionally, we received great tips for going out, some of which we visited. This place emphasizes comfort and hospitality, and we were personally bid farewell with a hug on the day of departure. Thank you very much, Miriam, for an unforgettable holiday, we are so grateful.
