Apartment Ap.\"1\" is a very nice and elegant one; it measures 85m² and it is suitable for 4-5 persons. It has air-condition and it consists of a corridor, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-/dining-room (extendible couch) provided with a satellite-TV, a DVD-player and a hi-fi system.
Outside, this apartment has one little balcony and a large terrace provided with garden furniture and four loungers.
In front of the house there is a parking place.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Adrian is only about 2,5km from the town centre; a supermarket and a newspaper kiosk are not far away from the house, and even the beach is at only 3-4 minutes walk. The beach itself is made of shingle and rocks; here you have cafés, ice, gourmet restaurants, snacks, sports- and playing offers. And if you don’t want to use the car, take the taxi-boat, which takes off from a mole on the beach in regular time intervals.
Rovinj is situated on the west coast of Istria (north-west coast of Croatia). For many centuries (1283 – 1797), Rovinj belonged to the Republic of Venice, which characterized the appearance of its buildings. A special feature of Rovinj is the old picturesque part of town, which is dominated by the church Sveta Eufemija (Holy Eufemia), built in the 18-th century. Over one hundred years ago tourists have already been charmed by the beauty of Rovinj, which has since then become one of the most visited holiday destinations on the Adriatic coast.
