In the quiet part of the small park Duynopgangh stands the thatched cottage on a 500 sqm plot. It is located on a small "canal" overlooking the dunes. In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces. In addition to the south-facing terrace with seating for 6 people and 2 sun loungers is the thatched garden shed with electric grill and carts. The well maintained house of 120 sqm offers all comfort. The spacious living room has a stove for cozy evenings, a reading area next to the sofa. The open kitchen has an equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. The large table offers space for 6 people and a child in a high chair to cozy food. On the ground floor next to toilet and shower room and the utility room with washing machine, dryer and 2nd fridge.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: 1 with double bed and sitting area and TV, 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds - all with enough closet space, the bathroom (tub / shower and toilet) and the storeroom for the suitcases.

A beautiful and sunny location
We spent a very nice holiday week in this holiday home and on the sunny terrace. The house is very clean and well equipped. Everything is available that one needs for a pleasant vacation. The contact with the landlord was very good, and we received many useful tips.
The planning, development and furnishing of our holiday home "Duynopgangh 28" in Julianadorp aan Zee was a lot of fun. The house is not built exclusively for rental, but for ourselves, but we also rent it to nice guests who appreciate a well-kept house.
