Description
The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to seven people (max. 6 adults and 1 child).
The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas, an LCD flat screen TV with a digital decoder (six German channels) and a DVD and stereo system.
In the open dining area there is a large dining table for up to 7 people. Two high chairs are available for younger guests.
The fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the living and dining area, has a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and an oven.
In addition to a coffee filter machine, a Nespresso capsule machine for delicious coffee is available in the kitchen.
There is also a toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each for two people with comfortable
Box spring beds (single mattresses). In addition, there is a folding bed (90x200), a children's travel cot and a fall-out protection for children.
The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet.
On the large terrace you can have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the sunset over the dunes in the evening.
Furthermore, a cozy family garden sofa (forest sofa) invites you to relax (with a view of the adjacent canal).
The evening sun and the sunset can be enjoyed on a bench behind the house.
There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
In the garden house there is a cart and several beach chairs and beach chairs available free of charge. Entspannter Urlaub
Das Haus bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Super viel Platz, sehr gut ausgestattet und ein tolles Grundstück mit jeder Menge Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Mooi huisje en ideale ligging
We hebben nu 2 keer gebruik mogen maken van dit huis. Het is een fijn, groot, net en compleet huis dat op loopafstand van het strand ligt. De keuken is goed gevuld met allerlei kruiden, koffie/thee, vuilniszakken ed. Ook voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen is het een fijn huis. De tuin is afgeschermd met een hek en binnen is voldoende speelgoed en spelletjes.

Fantastische huis in mooie omgeving dicht bij strand
De woning is modern, super schoon en zeer compleet. het contact met de verhuurder is zeer prettig en persoonlijk. Veel speelgoed voor de kinderen we hebben enorm genoten. Het strand op 10 min lopen is op en top genieten.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub in Julianadorp
Komplett ausgestattet, großzügige Räume, ein großer Garten und reichlich Spielzeug für Groß und Klein.
Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Rückzahlung der Kaution ein durchweg sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Rückfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten rund um den Urlaubsort liegen ebenfalls ordentlich in einer Mappe im Haus vor (auf deutsch und niederländisch).
Wir sind mit unserem 10 Monate alten Sohn verreist und waren von der Vielzahl an Spielzeug begeistert, für die Eltern sind im Gartenhaus ein Federballset und weitere Spiele vorhanden.
Wir sprechen unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung aus. Jederzeit wieder.

Urlaub in einem Traumhaus
Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Anlage relativ nah zum Strand und ist super eingerichtet. Der Service hier war auch ausgezeichnet, so waren z. B. die Betten bei Ankunft bereits bezogen. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut, es gab beispielsweise auch ausreichend Geschirr, um die vorhandene Spülmaschine zu lohnend zu bestücken. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus
In dem Ferienhaus haben wir mit 6 Personen übernachtet.
Die Ausstattung von dem Haus war super. Die Küche lässt keinen Wunsch offen und in dem Gartenhaus stehen 2 Fahrräder und 2 Bollerwägen zur Verfügung. Das Haus bietet auch einige Spielsachen für kleine Kinder.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, es gab sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in tollem Reeddachhaus
Sehr nette Vermieter, top Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung.
Großzügig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und Terrasse.
Fahrräder und Bollerwagen sind auch vorhanden. Schöne ruhige Lage in einer Reeddachhaussiedlung mit einer schönen Gracht mit Schwänen und Enten. Top Lage und schöne Umgebung. Der nahe Strand ist sehr sauber und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Nähe gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum und Supermärkte.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
