Description

In the living area there are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x beds set apart). Living room & dining area are open plan. The kitchen was renovated in 2014 and has everything you could wish for. Dishwasher, microwave all available.

From the living room there is a large glass sliding door to the terrace.
The terrace is paved and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Garage for bicycles, parking space for the car and washing machine are available.

The bathroom has a 90cm floor-level shower, underfloor heating and towel heating.

From 01.01.2023 the final cleaning fee is 75,00 Euro

Holiday Home Silver Grass

Highly recommended. The garden is fenced, so the dog can run free. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the sea. Everything you need is there. Shopping is also nearby. Netto is a 10-minute walk away and is open on Sundays. We were very satisfied with everything.

Very nice holiday apartment with some lovely details.

Very well equipped, especially the kitchen area.

The location should be considered individually: Although not directly behind the dike, it is located in a quiet area. Not a purely holiday apartment neighborhood, which adds extra charm.

Shopping facilities are within walking distance (about 8 minutes).

Overall, highly recommended for 2-4 people.

Nice area

We were there for a week as 2 widows and felt very comfortable. Each had a bedroom for herself, with good mattresses. The equipment for cooking is great. The distance to the dike and restaurants, which are easily reachable on foot, is very good. Excursions were very central if one wanted to visit other places. Best regards, Edeltraud Gehrke.

Very loudly frequented street

The apartment is located in a dead-end street, which is assumed to be very quiet there. Unfortunately, there is a busy road behind the garden of the property. The furnishings are not good! Small cabinets with little storage space. A washing machine without an ironing board, the fence that is supposed to secure the dogs from the street is a wire fence! Mr. Pilger made an effort and reinforced it a bit. There are also too few storage spaces in the bathroom. The garden and the garden furniture appear very unkempt. For the price, we expected more. One nightstand in the double room and only one reading lamp.
