In the living area there are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x beds set apart). Living room & dining area are open plan. The kitchen was renovated in 2014 and has everything you could wish for. Dishwasher, microwave all available.
From the living room there is a large glass sliding door to the terrace.
The terrace is paved and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Garage for bicycles, parking space for the car and washing machine are available.
The bathroom has a 90cm floor-level shower, underfloor heating and towel heating.

The flat is located in the Norddeich district in a dead-end street of the new development area, not far from the beach and just as close to other attractions for young and old. Spa park, seal breeding station, wave pool, spa clinic, restaurants, supermarkets.

Always happy to.
We are now for the third time in this accommodation and will also come next year, if we are healthy. Here in Norddeich one has everything to relax. We can only recommend everyone to come here.

Alles was man braucht
Sehr netter Empfang durch den Verwalter. In der Wohnung ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist sogar eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Senseo vorhanden.

Urlaub mit Hund
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.Betten sind auch gut gewesen
Es war Alles da was man braucht. Herr Pilger war sehr nett.Die Lage ist zwar an einer befahrenen Strasse, aber Nacht und Abends wunderbar ruhig. Tagsüber ist man eh unterwegs.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr lautstark befahrene Straße
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse, wobei man annimmt, daß es dort sehr ruhig ist. Leider grenzt am Grundstück hinter dem Garten eine stark befahrene Straße. Die Ausstattung ist nicht gut! Kleine Schränke mit wenig Stauraum. Eine Waschmaschine ohne Bûgelbrett, der Zaun der die Hunde vor der Strasse absichern soll, ist ein Hasendrahtzaun! Herr Pilger war sehr bemûht und hat ihn noch etwas verstärkt. Im Bad sind auch zu wenig Stauflächen. Der Gartrn und die Gartenmöbel wirken sehr ungepflegt. Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet.Ein Nachtschrank im Doppelzimmmer und nur eine Leselampe.
