Description

On the ground floor is the open, spacious, tiled living-dining area, a comfortable seating area and flat-screen TV (satellite TV) and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, egg boiler,
A guest toilet is located on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 x 1 double bed and 1 x 2 single beds) and a shower room with WC.
A washing machine with coin slot (in the bathroom) is available for the guests.
The terrace, with unobstructed views of the countryside, is furnished. The garden is completely fenced.
A car parking space as well as a shed for your bicycles directly at the house is available for our guests.
Pets are not allowed!

Feel-good vacation Norddeich

The key handover was very straightforward. Mr. Pilger, the property manager, was on-site himself and briefly walked us through all the rooms. We even arrived earlier at the vacation apartment. The stairs give it more of a home character :-) It was also very pleasant that the beds were already made. That's not the case everywhere. It was great to have the unobstructed view of fields and meadows from the terrace. Everything was there, and we lacked nothing. Correct
the large sofa was super comfortable. Everyone could stretch out ;-). We immediately felt at home. The highlight was also the restaurant across the street, where you could conveniently order food and pick it up in the evening. Every Tuesday you can also sign up for suckling pig dinner. The holiday home is located in a very quiet area, but you can quickly get to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. Flower or shrub planting is still a bit lacking on the terrace. But we don't want to deduct any points for that. Everything else was really there that you need, also plenty of terrace furniture.

A big thank you to Mr. Pilger and his companion for the nice welcome. He was also always reachable if there were any questions.

We really enjoyed our time at the Strandperle.

Well-maintained house in a quiet location

Very nice house in a quiet location.
We lacked nothing.
Everything needed was in the house.
The house was clean and everything very well maintained.
The landlord was very nice and the handover was uncomplicated.

Great! Happy to do it again!

During our first North Sea vacation, we were there and could not complain. Very nice and quietly located house almost in the center of Norddeich. The key handover went smoothly. We would love to come back! The only downside: The heating is "remote controlled" by the house manager, so you have to call him if it gets too warm/cold in the house. A clothes dryer would also be worth considering ;) Otherwise, everything was great.

Quiet and yet centrally located

The kitchen is small, as are the bathrooms. But we managed well with it.
The hairdryer is powerful.
The internet runs through a DSL Wifi router and was fast enough for us.
A clothes drying rack with a few clothespins is available.
There are no shutters in the bedrooms upstairs, so it gets bright early in the morning. The blinds only provide light darkening.

From the terrace, there is a very nice view of the field.
It is very quiet. We didn't hear a sound at night.
You have to bring your own soap or soap dispenser.

The property manager is very nice and helpful and was present for the handover of the house. Very positive.

beautiful central holiday house with very nice uncomplicated caretaker

The holiday home is located centrally despite its edge location (unobstructed view from the terrace or from the living room). Bike rental, bakery, fish shop, dike, restaurant, seal rehabilitation center, etc. are all "around the corner".
It is very well equipped and cozy. My husband was happy about the barbecue ;-))
Looks exactly like the pictures and is super clean.
The holiday home manager is nice and uncomplicated.
If we go back to the area, then to this house!
