Description

Our lovingly and newly furnished Holland house offers enough space for five people (plus a toddler). The bright living u. Dining room with integrated kitchenette is furnished with new furniture with Mediterranean style modern and tastefully, with great attention to detail. The living room has direct access to the beautiful garden with sun terrace. The large new glass elements flood the room with natural light until the last hint. Kitchen and dining area are connected by a bar. So you can look at the garden while cooking. In the basement the guest can expect a romantically furnished single room, as well as a bath with tub. The upper floor accommodates a bedroom with a double bed for the parents, as well as right next to it the children's room with bunk beds with space to play.
The gallery is secured with a stair gate !.

When choosing the furniture, we also paid attention to sufficient storage space for their wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your family, a four-burner gas stove, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and new, brightly colored crockery. In the living room they sit / lie on a comfortable sofa (that they can fold out to the bed) or one of the three swinging chairs.
The TV has a large selection of German programs via satellite or you can put in one of your favorite DVDs. The music system plays your CDs. It becomes really cozy in the evening, when you can light the open fireplace and watch the crackling of the fire. Or you can sit down together and make use of the games collection or take a book from the bookshelf. Books for children and adults are in stock.
On the terrace, which is protected by an awning from too much sun, they expect garden furniture for comfortable sitting and a barbecue. The beautiful, fenced garden offers space for sunbathing on the deck chairs or playing with the family. Through the garden gate it goes over a small path directly to the playground.
Incidentally, there is a paid washing machine and a dryer in the park center.

Bruinisse the city on the dike

Bruinisse is located on the tidal Grevelingenmeer on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland (Zeeland), the sunniest region in Holland. The center is just a short walk from the holiday park. Here you will find a romantic town with small shops and restaurants, which are known, among other things, for their freshly caught fish and shellfish dishes. Here you can also do your shopping.

At the new marina you can dine on a sea water terrace or drink a coffee while watching the boats.

Sporting possibilities in Bruinisse and the surrounding area are almost unlimited.
Among other things, the region is known as a unique surfing as well as sailing area not only among Dutch. A boat rental makes it possible to explore the waters with a corresponding boat license without own boat.
But not only on the water can be experienced here a lot. Around Bruinisse invites the flat country for cycling, hiking, inline skating and horseback riding. A riding stable is located nearby.

The park itself offers young and old a variety of sports and exercise opportunities (some for a fee). In addition to playground, football field, tennis courts, volleyball and badminton field, table tennis, boules, you will find in the center of the park an indoor pool with giant slide, a hopping paradise for children, a squash hall u. A bowling alley, a bicycle rental, as well as a gym and a solarium for relaxation. In the immediate vicinity there is an 18-hole golf course.
From your holiday home you can walk to the beach at the marina (there are also dogs allowed) and the small village beach of Bruinisse, especially for families (without dogs). Both beaches are located on the inland sea and are therefore very well suited for children.

If you love the open North Sea, should not shy the 25 minute drive to Renesse. There her family expects a kilometer-long, clean beach.

If the children have something to do, then the parents are fine too. The holiday park 'De K Tong' is characterized by child friendliness. In the extensive complex of Aquadeltas there are many beautiful playgrounds and Bolzwiesen. In the car-free park is expressly allowed to play! From the garden of our house you have direct access to one of the playgrounds. In addition, the park offers (for a fee) a nice water park and a Hüpfparadies.
All around there are plenty of destinations, you will not have that much time ....

It's best to come more often, because there is a lot to discover in Zeeland!

It's best to start right there! Next to the shell, the symbol of the city, is the Fisheries Museum and tells interested tourists the history of fishing in Bruinisse.

Visit the beautiful city of Zierikzee, the largest city on the island. Behind the old city walls hide pretty gabled houses with nice cafes, restaurants and many shops, as well as a museum.

At Zierikzee, the approximately 6 km long Zeeland bridge connects Schouwen-Duiveland with the neighboring island of Walcheren with its interesting cities of Goes, Middelburg and Vlissingen.

Also impressive are the delta pond system, the spring flood protection and the working island of Neeltje-Jans.

Rotterdam, The Hague, Antwerp or the Keukenhof are just over an hour's drive away.

You can't find a better one.

A small, very beautiful, lovingly, modern, and qualitatively furnished clean holiday home in all rooms. :-) Here you have everything you need for relaxation. The kitchen - small but fine with the best, most modern equipment - up to date (even with an air fryer) adjacent to the living area. It was also pleasant that the garden is fenced. TOP location. From here, you can visit very beautiful beaches in the area, as well as plan nice excursions for sightseeing in the immediate vicinity. Thank you very much, dear Mrs. Meusel, for the nice contact. We would be very happy to come back and recommend your accommodation.

A great house

We were here for the first time in this house and are very very satisfied. The contact and the entire process were very uncomplicated and nice from the first minute. The landlord responds to our messages within a very short time. The house is small but very nice; we lacked nothing. Bicycles and garden loungers are available. I have nothing to complain about, and we will definitely come back. However, personally, it would be too small / cramped for 4 people. That is because I am used to having a lot of space. We can definitely recommend it. Thank you for everything.

Lovingly modernized, close to the beach, quiet

We were allowed to spend a lovely week in the holiday home.

The rooms are lovingly and cleverly furnished. There are many blankets, cushions, seating options, various coffee machines, enough cutlery and dishes. Actually, everything you need is available—only a potato masher was missed ;-)

One point deduction in terms of furnishings is for the missing or insufficiently darkening roller shutters on the upper floor. This made it difficult for our kids (8, 4 & 2) to fall asleep and made us a year or two older :D

The garden is completely fenced, which was perfect for us with a toddler (2 years old).
From the garden, there is a shortcut to the football field - perfect for the boys in the group.
Equally close is a playground with a swing, sandbox, climbing frame, seesaw, bouncy pillow, slide, and seesaw. A volleyball court and a basketball court.

The beach is not far, just behind the dike. To get the rolls in the morning and the larger playground, you should allow for a 15-minute walk or simply take the bike.

In bad weather, you can take advantage of the offerings of the nearest larger park. Especially the indoor playground and the indoor pool (for a fee) are very practical.

Overall, a very small, clean park. We liked it a lot and it was perfect for our current needs :-)

Dankeschön für die tolle Bewertung. Ein Hinweis zur Verdunklung. Im Elternschlafzimmer, dass zum Garten geht in dem es weit und breit kein künstliches Licht gibt, gibt es ein Verdunklungsrollo, wie es für Dachfenster üblich ist. Das Kinderzimmer hat Verdunklungsvorhänge. Sie lassen wenig Licht rein, sie machen aber natürlich nicht stockdunkel. Die meisten Kinder mögen keinen stockfinsteren Raum. Schade, dass ihre Kinder dadurch nicht so gut geschlafen haben. Im Untergeschoss ist ein Rollladen am Fenster.

Dream vacation

Dear fully furnished house, you can relax very well in the garden. There is a football field and a playground nearby for the children. We felt at home, the contact was always nice and friendly, there should be more landlords like this. We will definitely come back again.

Our first vacation in Zeeland.

We had a great time here on vacation even though the weather wasn't always perfect. We visited Rotterdam, Middelburg, and Zierikzee, and did plenty of bike rides in the area.
The house was clean and beautifully decorated, the landlady was very friendly and helpful.
We were completely satisfied and definitely not here for the last time.

Great accommodation in incredible tranquility.

We enjoyed our vacation at Haus Michelle incredibly. Everything you need is available and the peace in the garden is heavenly. Mrs. Meusel is always reachable and helps immediately with any questions. We would book again immediately. It was a dream vacation.

Not recommended

The accommodation is not clean. The pictures on the website do not correspond to reality. The heating is controlled by the landlord. So, if it's cold, bring a few thick jackets. We had to wrap ourselves in the one available blanket. It smells and is stained, just like everything else here. The bedding also needs to be urgently replaced.

schade, dass sie ihren Ärger in dieser schlechten Bewertung Luft machen.
Sie hatten mir am 05.08. eine Mail geschrieben, dass sie gut angekommen und sind und nach dem
W-LAN Passwort gefragt. Darin haben sie an keiner Stelle geschrieben, dass sie mit der Reinigung des Hauses nicht zufrieden sind. Denn wenn dem so ist, schicken wir sofort unser Reinigungsunternehmen nochmals raus und es wird nach gereinigt.
Nun zu ihren Aussagen in dieser Bewertung, die sicherlich auf Grund des Ärgers mit der Heizung geschrieben wurde.
Ich selbst war Anfang Juli im Haus, da entsprach die Einrichtung noch den Bildern. Ich wüsste nicht, dass jemand mein Haus neu eingerichtet hat. Zwischenzeitlich waren 4 oder 5 Familien da, niemand hat geschrieben es gäbe andere Möbel oder etwas sei schmutzig! Ich habe im Juli alle Wolldecken (6 oder 8 Stück, haben wir im Haus) und alle Bettdecken gewaschen und alle Kopfkissen erneuert! Da es bis zu ihrer Anreise immer über 25 Grad war, denke ich kaum, dass jemand die Wolldecken genutzt hat. Ich glaube also nicht, dass sie stinkig sein können.
Was die Heizung betrifft, haben sie recht, insoweit dass ich sie regulieren kann und auch in ihrem Fall reguliert habe! Wie fast alle Vermieter im Park habe ich ein ATAG System, ich kann die Heizung also von zuhause aus regeln. Das habe ich, deshalb weil wir etliche Mieter haben, die bei Abreise insbesondere im Winter vergessen abzudrehen und ich dann wochenlang ohne Mieter heizen muss, aber auch um zu regulieren, wenn Gäste es mit dem Heizen übertreiben. Ab Juni ist die Heizung im Normalfall abgestellt, so machen es zumindest, die meisten anderen Vermieter. In manchen Häusern ist die Heizung auch so eingestellt, dass sie zu bestimmten Zeiten automatisch absenkt und eh eine Temperatur von 21 Grad nicht überschritten werden kann. Ich mache das nicht. Ich verlasse mich auf den gesunden Menschenverstand meiner Mieter. Dennoch schaue ich natürlich, auf meinen ATAG. Diese Woche war es wirklich kühl. Sie haben die Heizung regelmäßig auf 25,5 Grad gestellt. Das finde ich maßlos übertrieben und ich glaube kaum, dass jemand zuhause so etwas tut. Ich habe ihre Heizung, so reguliert, dass sie eine übliche Raumtemperatur von 21 Grad haben, und abends gegen 23 Uhr habe ich die Heizung abgestellt. Dann waren es nachts ca 18 bis 20 Grad im Haus. Wie gesagt es ist AUGUST! Und herrscht kein Nachtfrost. Die Heizung ist ganz neu und heizt innerhalb kürzester Zeit das kleine Haus auf.
Selbstredend habe ich sie darüber per Mail informiert und sie gebeten doch selbstständig die Heizung zu regulieren, also auszudrehen, wenn sie weg sind oder zu Bett gehen und doch bitte nicht über 21 Grad zu heizen. Statt einer Antwort, haben sie einfach weiterhin voll aufgedreht und jetzt diese Bewertung abgegeben. Wir haben im Übrigen auch einen Kamin im Haus, der natürlich jederzeit befeuert werden kann, wenn man gerne 25 Grad und mehr hat.
Sie sind ja noch im Haus, ich gehe also davon aus, ihnen gefällt es in Bruinisse. Ich wünsche ihnen noch erholsame Tage.

Family vacation

Our vacation at Mrs. Meusel's during the Bavarian Pentecost holidays was a great experience. The contact and booking went very reliably and smoothly. The accommodation was very clean and practical for families. We were able to enjoy the great weather every day, have breakfast on the terrace in the garden, and had plenty of time to relax.

In no time, we visited many great beaches and cities that are located nearby. Shopping could also be done without any problems. We found everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The beds were very comfortable and one room could be completely darkened. The playground was located in the immediate vicinity of the house, yet we had peace and there was no noise disturbance throughout the day. The small indoor playground and the swimming pool are within walking distance and ideal for young children.

Thank you very much for the great and relaxing vacation. We will definitely come back.

Little feel-good house

My daughter and I felt very comfortable in the cute holiday home. Especially the secluded terrace with the small garden we found great. Everything we needed was in the house. It is bright, friendly and clean. You are really quickly at the Grevelingermeer and the small town of Bruinisse is very quiet, but pretty. We made many trips and enjoyed the peace and nature very much. We would love to come back.

Nettes Häuschen und freundliche Vermieter

At the end of June, we spent two weeks at House Michelle with our two children (3 years and a 9-month-old baby). It's a small Dutch cottage in a holiday home area, very lovingly and functionally furnished, and above all, clean (you wouldn't even notice that dogs are allowed to stay there). Remarkable how well one can manage with little space. It was very cozy. We were there in the off-season, so it was very quiet. We usually rode our bikes to the center of the settlement area (where the supermarket, bistro, small indoor playground, and swimming pool are located). We didn't like the "beach" of Bruinisse with our two little ones, it is quite small and more suitable for a quick swim in between. However, by car, you can reach beautiful sandy beaches in the north and west of the island within 25-35 min. We had two weeks of sunny weather and went on many beautiful excursions on the island - we would love to come back. The contact with the landlords was very nice, open, and smooth. Sunny days in February and cozy house.

We chose a super sunny week in February and had a wonderful week. The vacation house Michelle is bright and friendly and as soon as you enter, you feel reminded of the sea and vacation. We were in the house with our 4-year-old daughter and a small dog. There is plenty of storage space in the house, so nothing would stand in the way of a longer vacation. The kitchen in the room is also great, so you have everything in view. Someone has really put a lot of effort into equipping everything down to the last detail for a holiday here. Our children had a lot of fun in the park center, especially in the swimming pool, the indoor playground, and the many playgrounds in the park. Since it was really wonderfully sunny, we could already enjoy the sun on the terrace. The small garden offers space for relaxation, especially because it is not visible from the outside. It was great that we could use the landlord's bicycles, so the distances were quickly covered. In the evening, when it got chilly outside, we lit the fireplace. By the way, the heating in the house is amazing. It heats up quickly. We had a great rest and definitely want to come back in the autumn.

Feel-good factor is great - Beautiful house

We have been several times in this holiday home now. We like it very much, the furnishings are very lovingly done, you feel at home. The price-performance ratio is great. The house is sufficient for 5 people including a dog. The location is very nice and ideal for trips to the beach. We will gladly come back.

When my two daughters and I were 9 years ago for the first time in the small fishing village Bruinisse, even a guest in one of the beautiful little house in the holiday park, we fell in love immediately. Already on our second visit we bought and renovated our house Laura (named after my youngest) in the park part De Kreek. Two years later our house Michelle (oldest daughter) in the park part De Tong was added. We are still passionate Zeelandfans and are happy to be a guest in our two houses. I am happy if our guests feel comfortable and give me feedback if they liked it or if they have suggestions for improvement
