Description
The holiday home has 5 rooms and offers enough space for 6 optionally 7 persons + 2 smallest children. Our house is located close to the beach with a fantastic view of the Prerow Strom, Boddenhafen and the dyke meadows. You can buy fresh fish directly at the harbour. A bicycle shelter and carport are available for dry storage and unloading. There is plenty of space for your children on the 800m² plot.
On the ground floor you will find the open-plan living area with fireplace, a new home cinema with UHD TV, various games and books. From here you can access the conservatory with a dining area for 6 people and a view of the garden. Adjacent to the living area is a large bedroom with its own terrace overlooking the garden. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, a filter machine and a Tchibo Caffissimo capsule machine, as well as the new shower room with high-quality brand fittings.
Two further bedrooms with additional 4 sleeping accommodations are available on the upper floor, one of them with 2 single beds. A large roof terrace adjoins bedroom 3 on the upper floor, with stunning views of the surrounding area. Another terrace is located at the conservatory with space for 6 people, a traffic light umbrella, Weber barbecue and a large cushion box.

Due to the privileged location in the Krabbenort district, you will enjoy an exclusive private atmosphere.
In 8-10 min you can easily reach the 19km long Baltic Sea beach on foot. The National Park with the Darsser Ort lighthouse and the western beach are easily accessible by bicycle. The Bodden harbour, the high dune and the Prerow Stream can be seen from your large roof terrace during breakfast. You can reach the centre of Prerow on foot. Children have enough space to play.

Sweet holiday cottage by the harbor
If you are looking for a small, fine holiday home in Prerow, you are in the right place. Located in a quiet side street directly between the harbor and fields. Ideal for children, as there is no direct traffic. The well-kept garden invites you to play or simply relax and enjoy nature. The harbor is less than 3 minutes' walk away, and the beach is about 15 minutes' walk away. The house has a beautiful spacious bathroom with a rain shower, a conservatory with a dining table, a large living room with a fireplace, and 3 bedrooms (2 under the roof and one directly adjacent to the living room). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and is functional. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. If you need help, it is just a phone call away. All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation and I can only recommend the holiday home.

Great holiday house directly at the harbor
This holiday home is beautifully located and wonderfully furnished.
We stayed in this house with our two children and our small dog this summer and really enjoyed our vacation.
You can reach the beach by bike in about 8 minutes, and the harbor is within walking distance in two minutes.
It takes about 5 minutes by bike to get bread.
Having a bike is useful because you can explore the great area.
Inside, the house is equipped with everything you need for a nice vacation.
In particular, it should be emphasized that the kitchen is very well equipped and you don't miss anything.
We will definitely come back ??

House appraisal
We were able to enjoy the house, garden, and surroundings for 10 days. The kitchen is very well equipped, so we could cook endlessly. Located directly on the bike path to Wieck, great opportunities for dogs and cycling. The care by Mr. Schilling worked very well, we felt very comfortable all around. Iris Trautwein

Vacation with a small dog :-)
Super nice fenced garden for humans and dogs, very good equipment in the apartment, friendly handover of keys. All in all, we had a super nice stay, despite the 2 days of rain we had. The proximity to the harbor is beautiful and the walk to the very beautiful dog beach is done on foot in fifteen minutes :-) All in all, Prerow is very dog-friendly, so there are hardly any restrictions for the furry friend. What is a bit unfortunate is the difficulty in getting a table to eat at the very delicious restaurants, but Mr. Schliack is not responsible for that :-) Also, thank you again to Mr. Schliack for the smooth process before, during, and after the vacation :-) Always received a quick and satisfactory response to every email. Thumbs up :-)
Can only recommend the accommodation and will probably use the beautiful accommodation again ourselves :-)

We bought the house in 2015, completely modernised it and refurnished it in 2017. It offers a dream location to the Baltic Sea beach and the centre of the village. From the large roof terrace you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the dyke meadows and the Prerowstrom. The location is quiet and very maritime. The surrounding buildings consist of beautiful thatched roof houses. Our house is ideally suited for 4-6 adults + 2 children. Optionally, we have an extra bed in the living room for a seventh person. A separate laundry room offers new Miele appliances washing machine + dryer and a separate shower. You will be briefed on site and assisted by our team with any questions or requests.
